La Terrace is an exclusive apartment with views of La Zurriola beach and has a large terrace of 36 m², with stunning panoramic sea views. It is located in Gros, the trendy neighborhood of San Sebastián, known for its surfing atmosphere and cultural offer, such as the Jazz Festival and the Film Festival. One step away from the Kursaal Palace and only 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and the City Center. All rooms are exterior, very spacious and bright.

The apartment has been completely renovated with quality materials and equipment and has all kinds of amenities. The decoration has been taken care of in detail mixing styles, modern and classic. It occupies the first floor of a building with an elevator.

It offers three double bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, with a bathtub and large shower, and a modern independent kitchen, equipped with quality appliances and full kitchenware. The living room and dining room, have magnificent views of La Zurriola Beach and highlights the large amount of light that enters through its windows. Two of the bedrooms offer single beds of 100 cm and 90 cm. The other bedroom has a double bed of 150 cm.

Used this as base for my dad's 70th birthday weekend in San Sebastian / Donostia. Amazing sea view, great bars nearby, short stroll into the old town and near the bus station. Overall would highly recommend.

Delightful Holiday Apartment
Sitting / dining room has a superb view looking out over the beach and surf. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Within easy walking distance of all the attractions. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants just round the corner. Surfing lessons or hire close by. Good location for driving to many interesting towns and villages - Getaria particularly recommended. We had a great holiday!

Con vistas a la playa de Zurriola, hemos disfrutado durante siete días de un apartamento suficientemente equipado. Perfectamente insonorizado. Bien adaptado para seis personas. Dos abuelos, dos hijos y dos nietos. El mayor de 76 años, el más pequeño de 8 años. El barrio de Gros tiene mucha vida, con numerosas tiendas y buenos restaurantes próximos a la casa. Tambien hay cerca un parking muy amplio. En resumen, hemos estado muy a gusto. Lo recomendamos.
