About this property

Spacious garden flat, 2 bedroom, large sitting room with kitchen. All new furniture, King (200 x150cm) and double (190 x 135cm) beds, large new sofa with kitchen ready to cook in.

Kitchen has all the appliances - stove, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer and dishwasher. We have basic cook items to share and there are some well stocked grocery stores nearby!

I have WiFi and smart TV that allows for watching Netflix, BBC iPlayer etc.

Private garden in the back with deck chair and tables, quiet oasis in the middle of the city. The flat is 800m from Warwick avenue tube stop, as well there are a few buses right outside the front door that can take you to Paddington or Oxford street in 10-15minutes.

There is a new washing machine in the flat, and a new tumble dryer. Flat has many towels/ wash clothes, full with toiletries, soaps, shampoo etc..

Happy to host families, have play pens for children and toys to share.

Charming Flat in Little Venice Made Our Stay Extra Special

My daughter and I were fortunate to find this lovely flat to stay in while visiting London. It was perfect for us! It has an elevated and relaxed vibe that my 22-year old daughter coveted. We each had our own well-appointed bedroom and enjoyed sharing the common living space of combined living and dining room. We loved that it had a protected garden terrace as it was sunny and relatively warm for the whole time we were there in early March! It's conveniently located between 2 Metro stops and we chose to walk to the Maida Vale one every day to get a flavor of the neighborhood and go by food shops and restaurants. Cindy couldn't have been kinder and more accommodating. She keeps the flat well stocked with amenities, which is appreciated.The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Would love to stay here again!

Fabulous stay in Maida Vale

Really nice stay at Cindy's place. The flat was perfect and easily accessible to the Tube and buses. We had everything we needed in the flat and Cindy's instructions were very clear. I'd love to stay there again!

Fantastic Stay

This was a great home base for our visit to London! A beautiful flat with modern amenities. I used to live in the neighborhood, and it’s well served by transit and has access to great shops and restaurants.

Our London Adventure

I was traveling with my daughter and her 2 children ages 4 and 2. The flat had everything we needed and the washer/dryer was a real plus with littles. We arrived in the afternoon and the kids made a beeline for the outdoor swings. They thoroughly enjoyed them. The next day we took a bus right out front of the flat to the train station and then to the bus shuttle to the Harry Potter Studio tour. Not to be missed if you are a fan which in our case is true. We toured all over London with the kids in strollers. The buses, trains and tube are pretty kid friendly. The neighborhood feels very safe and there are small shops to get groceries. All in all a wonderful experience! Thanks Cindy!

10 days in Little Venice

The flat was absolutely perfect. It's roomy, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location. Everything you need is there and if you have a question, Cindy responds immediately. It became our very cozy home away from home and we were really sad to leave.

Comfy and spacious place to stay!

The apartment is conveniently located and spacious! The check in process is great. It is slightly dark as it's below Street level. The back patio is very nice. I found it a great option for a bit more space which is hard to find in London.

Beautiful little apt

This was a charming 2br apt that met our needs as three ladies have a girls trip to London. The apt was comfortable and had everything we needed, very well stocked. The apt is close to grocery stores and cafes as well as the tube. We were able to navigate around London with ease. There is a small backyard that we thoroughly enjoyed given the mild fall weather.

Excellent Host and neighborhood

Cindy was an excellent and supportive host. Very accommodating and helpful. The flat is handy to transit and easy access to the city sights on the Underground. Well kept - tidy - and comfortable - and the cleaners are super nice ladies as well.

Wonderful Short Stay

We had such a lovely stay at this VRBO in Paddington/Little Venice. It is a perfect spot for 3 or 4 people and was very comfortable for our small group. Only regret is that I wish we had more time to enjoy the lovely courtyard. This place we very conveniently located to all of central london.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. The flat was very clean, spacious, quiet, had great amenities and I loved the neighborhood. It was very easy to go anywhere either by bus, Uber or a short walk to the tube. Cindy was very helpful with whatever we needed. There was a boat show in Little Venice during our stay and we loved it. I do recommend taking the boat tour to Camden market, it was a beautiful ride. I also recommend Prince Albert if you are looking for some great fish and chips.

Perfect retreat

This was a family stay with my sister and our children. The accommodation is well appointed, comfortable with everything you need and great storage. Cindy couldn’t have been more helpful. So responsive, helpful and nothing was any trouble. The apartment had all wee needed, plenty of towels, dishwasher tablets, clean and spacious. The garden in summer was a delight. There is a bus so close which the kids loved and a fanatically well stocked corner shop on the corner. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay. Jude & Family

Little Venice Gem!

Quiet, safe, and comfortable space in the heart of London. It was convenient to visit areas around the city and we had a lovely time. Check out the portobello market nearby, it was a wonderful neighborhood find.

Perfect spot with easy walk to tube

If you are looking for that perfect spot to stay, that’s in London, but not in the middle of the busy, this is it. Super clean and quiet. Lots of little neighborhood stores and a great breakfast place near buy. This was a perfect spot for me and my family.

Great flat and great location

This was a location in London we were not familiar with, and we loved getting to know the neighborhood. There is a tube stop (Bakerloo Line) at Maida Vale-- a 10 minute walk--and a bus stop right outside the door--this made it really easy to get anywhere we needed to go--such as the theatre. Little Venice was a 10-15 minute walk--this is a lovely area with great cafes and restaurants. The immediate neighborhood also has several nice cafes and small grocery stores. Paddington Station is an easy 20-minute walk--no problem doing this with luggage. The flat is lovely--tastefully decorated and a nice place to relax after a day seeing sights. The garden was the highlight--we spent many early evenings enjoying sitting here. Flowers were in bloom! We loved our week-long stay!

Maintanence issue a problem

Property is as advertised. Outdoor space is amazing. Good communication with owner. But. The unit smelt horribly. Possibly old smoke but the owner thought not. There was a large amount of mold growing on the roof of the bathroom including the grout. Was partially cleaned after we complained Smell may also relate the room with the dryer which is not externally vented So I would not recommend unless these structural issues have been fixed. As for us this ruined our time in the unit and led to a chest infection

April Vacation

My wife and I stayed in London in December. We decided to return with our 15 year old daughter to show her the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the city and stay at the basement flat. The property has all the little creature comforts of home. I highly recommend this property. Super convenient to the Bakerloo line that can get you anywhere in the city. If the weather was little better we could’ve enjoyed the sitting area outside a little more. Very cozy

My flat is an oasis in busy London. It was refurbished 18months ago, is nicely decorated, new linens, kitchen supplies, furniture. There is everything you need to have a great stay.

The private garden is an extra bonus. Very peaceful, great sunlight (when the weather agrees), lots of chairs to relax, take a break.

Bedrooms are also at the back of the property, so super quiet at night, very peaceful to sleep!
