The romance of an old tower in 1560 only 3 km from the sea, with the comforts of a modern house comprising fitted kitchen, living room with sofa bed; downstairs bedroom with queen size bed and half bathroom with shower. All finely restored. Small pets are our guests. On request high chair and children's bed. Parking and bus stop to St. Remo a few meters from the house. In the village market, butcher, beauty center, restaurant, horse riding stables.

Vacances dans une tour du 16ème siècle

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce petit village à flanc de montage. C'est très calme. Le cadre est magnifique et nous avons énormément apprécié cette tour transformée en logement. Elle semble petite à l'extérieur, mais en fait c'est très spacieux à l'intérieur, bien agencé avec goût tout en restant simple. Le contact avec les propriétaires est très facile et ils sont très sympathiques. Nous recommandons cette location et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Ruhige erholsame Ferientage

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit, mit ein paar Anlaufschwierigkeiten die Dank schneller Hilfe durch die Vermieter beseitigt werden konnten. Der Checkin und der Checkout verliefen problemlos. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und nett eingerichtet, oben Küche und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch unten Schlafzimmer und Bad. Vom Schlafzimmer aus, gibt einen Zugang zu einer kleinen Terasse unterhalb des Turms, wo man auch mal frühstücken oder zu Abend essen kann. Es gibt einen speziellen großen Parkplatz weiter oben, den man schnell durch die links aufsteigende Seitengasse von der Wohung aus erreicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt im Dorf ( Tante Emma Laden ) oder unten direkt beim LIDL wenn man den Berg hinauf fährt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern Barabara und Paolo war problemlos und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Danke für den angenehmen Empfang mit Duftaromen und paar paar Snaks. Wir waren sehr angetan, vom kleinen freien sandigen Strand in Sant Stefano al Mare mit Dusche. Durch die Wellenbrecher entsteht eine kleine Lagune mit niedrigem Wasserstand im vorderen Bereich ideal auch für Kinder. Vor dem Strand gibt es Parkplätze mit Parkticket (blau Kennzeichnung), weiter oben in Richtung Jachthafen aber jede Menge freie Parkplätze ( weisse Kennzeichnung), wenn man nicht zu spät ankommt.

Einfach toll

Die Wohnung liegt ganz oben in Pompeiana mit einer tollen Aussicht zum Meer. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu haben . Jederzeit wieder.

Sehr zufrieden

Für uns war die FeWo super, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, die Küche ist etwas verbraucht jedoch funktionell, wer Luxus erwartet der muss dann im 5* Hotel 😉. Von der FeWo sind es ca 5 Min fahrt zum Meer, für sportliche Leute durchaus machbar mit dem Fahrrad, jedoch muss man bergauf zur FeWo. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich.

Schöner Turm

Der Turm ist sehr schön im Zentrum von Pompeiana gelegen, wundervoller Blick von der Terrasse, nur ein Gässchen vor der Tür, trotzdem passable Parkmöglichjeiten. Vielleicht etwas lieblos ausgestattet, und bei der Reinigung gäbe es Luft nach oben

Die Unterkunft an sich ist in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat gut funktioniert. Abzüge gibt es allerdings für die Sauberkeit der Wohnung.

Charmanter Turm mit Charakter

Unser Aufenthalt mit zwei Kindern war sehr schön, Barbara und Paolo sind nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Im Turm selbst war es auch im Hochsommer Dank zweier Klimaanlagen angenehm, der Wohbereich ist einfach, aber gut ausgenutzt. Das Dorf hat Charakter und sowohl Küste als auch das Hinterland sind gut erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gefallen!

Beschränkt zu empfehlem

Eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung zum leben benötigt. Größtes Problem war der mufflige Geruch im Schlaf-/Badezimmer, der dem Gestein zuzuschreiben ist. Wir werden diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen. Allerdings muss man sagen, dass die Unterkunft sehr günstig und die Aussicht auf der Terrasse sehr gut ist.

Petite maison agréable et chaleureuse, bien agencée au calme avec une vue imprenable

Un moment inoubliable passé à Pompeiana dans un cadre chaleureux et apaisant, doté d'un paysage à couper le souffle. Barbara et son mari sont vraiment adorables et surtout à l'écoute de leurs hôtes, une gentillesse très appréciable. Nous avons hâte d'y revenir. Bravo!!!
