Located near the center of town, five minutes walk from the train station and the port for ferries to Sicily. The house is a villa (restored) with garden, no condominium and quiet, has a garage with automatic gate, large verandas, artistic fountains. Kitchen for the exclusive use, overlooking the garden with veranda, equipped with all comforts and totally independent entrance.
