The villa is divided into two separate apartments on two floors plus attic space, the owners live on the first floor.
On the ground floor is offered an apartment of three rooms, surrounded by a porch (sunny and / or protected from the sun) and a garden with fruit trees.
On the ground floor, in addition, there is a pool and a porch for breakfasts, lunches and dinners (with sofas and tables), and a fitness area.
From the residence, located on a hill in the center of the village, and in particular by the pool with hydro massage, it offers an enchanting view of the sea and beautiful sunsets, distinguishing the provinces of Reggio Calabria (Straits of Messina), Messina (Taormina), Catania (Etna volcano), Syracuse.
In winter you can enjoy snow of the surroundings and the nearby ski resorts while in the spring and summer you can choose between the nature trails and cliffs of lava rock and sandy beaches.
In Sicily you will appreciate our world heritage sites together with delicious food and wine.
