Apartment is on the first floor and is composed by ample vain: kitchen, living room (is an attic connected by a spiral staircase to the triple room), family bedroom with double bed and single bed, triple bedroom with three single beds, double bedroom with double bed, one bathroom with sink, WC with shower (there is not bidet), shower. Air Conditioning in every part of the vain (except the bath). The kitchen is endowed with dishes. There are Toaster, a 46 inch TV, Radio, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Vacuum cleaner, Iron and Ironing Board, Dryer Rack and Hairdryer. For children an high chair and a little baby tub. Private inner courtyard for exclusive use, equipped with table and chairs, can also be used as a parking lot for bicycles or scooters.
