About this property

Please note that in high season, 25 june - 27 august, it is only possible to rent the house on weekly basis, changeover day saturday.

Our beautiful luxury all wooden home is built according to fine old traditions and with a modern Nordic style. It is spacious and attractively decorated. The large kitchen/dining area go together well with the bright living room, which is the house’s central space, with a nearly 6 meter high ceiling, open stone fireplace and picture windows with a scenic view of the natural surroundings and direct access to the terrace.

The main house has four cosy bedrooms with one double bed, in one bedroom, and singlebeds in three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One with shower and toilet, the other with a spa bath and toilet.
In the annex building, there is a sauna, heated with firewood. In the annex there is also a room with two single beds.

The lovely terrace is furnished with sumptuous lounge furniture in wicker. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity, the garden, the evening sun, or just enjoy relaxing well into the early hours. Should there be a little shower, the dinner from the house grill can be enjoyed on the covered terrace.

PS: Not that we think you will have time for it, but there is of course smart TV with a google chromecast.

Electricity consumption must be paid with 0,5 euro per used kwh.

The stay has been awesome. As a family vacation thus was our first Sweden trip. The accomodation is just wonderful! The house is spacious, clean and beautiful. We have enjoyed the sauna, bbq and living / dining area. The nature is awesome! For sure a place we will return to.

Weekendophold i Växtorp
Vi havde en helt fantastisk weekend i Susanne og Kims hytte i Växtorp. Hytten er stor og rummelig og har plads til man kan slappe af og nyde naturen tæt på. Der var totalt styr på det hele, og da vi manglede brænde kom det hurtigt, så kan varmt anbefale denne hytte.

Das Haus selber ist sehr schön,Aber Abzüge gibt es bei den Sitzgelegenheiten Couch und Ottomane sind durchgesessen.Ausserdem haben wir das Haus nicht wirklich warm bekommen.Trotz das wir den Kamin jeden Tag an hatten haben wir für eine Woche 170 für Strom bezahlt und dabei wurden die oberen Schlafräume nicht mal benutzt.Und die Außentemperaturen lagen nicht mal im Minus Bereich.Die Klimaanlage lief bei 25 Grad rund um die Uhr,zusätzlich noch die E Heizkörper.Schade fanden wir auch das in der Nähe keine Rundwege durch den Wald gab.

Das Luxushaus aus Holz war ein absoluter Traum! Modernes Design, herrliche Natur und eine Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ.Die Sauna, der Whirlpool und der Ausblick haben für totale Entspannung gesorgt. Besonders beeindruckend war die herzliche Betreuung, uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt! Toller Motorradurlaub in Schweden
Wir waren mit 4 von geplanten 5 Motorradfreunden in Schweden und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem sehr schönen Haus mit netten Gastgebern. Das zweite Badezimmer hatte leider keine direkte Tür und war deshalb nur für den Benutzer des angrenzenden Schlafzimmers zu gebrauchen. Wir haben uns deshalb ein Badezimmer mit 3 Personen geteilt. Ein weiteres Badezimmer wäre schön gewesen. Es hat uns allen aber sehr gut gefallen.

Wunderschönes Haus für große Familie
Wir waren mit 2 Familien hier zu Gast und fanden es absolut toll! Das Haus und das Grundstück bezaubern mit vielen Details wie Sauna, Grill, Außen-Sitzgelegenheiten, offener Kamin im Haus... wir haben alles mal ausprobiert :-). In der Küche war alles Wichtige da, von Kaffeemaschine (Pulver) über Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Gefrierschrank und Handrührgerät. Ein Schränkchen im Bad oder neben dem Bett als Ablagemöglichkeit wäre noch eine Anregung von uns. Aber einen Wäscheständer für die nassen Handtücher gibt es, sehr gut! Für unseren Rollstuhlfahrer wurde extra eine Rampe vor's Haus gelegt, die Türen waren breit genug und es war genügend Platz. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern Kim und Susanne war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Urlaub in Schweden im Luxushaus
Meine Familie und ich hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Luxushaus. Das Haus ist wirklich weiter zu empfehlen. Hier gibt es allerdings eine Beanstandung, das die Satellitenverbindung für den Fernseher und die Internetverbindung täglich mehrmals zusammen bricht. Wurde vor Ort bei den Verwalter beanstandet, hier wurde auf das Wetter verwiesen. Auch bei schönen Wetter war das Problem täglich vorhanden. Ansonsten waren es 2 schöne Wochen in Schweden.

Familienurlaub mit drei Generationen
Ein sehr schönes Holzhaus - Hütte kann man wirklich nicht sagen😉 Ausreichende Größe für 7 Personen. Gemütliche Einrichtung und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen nett und kümmern sich, sobald es es nötig ist. In der Umgebung ist bei gutem Wetter sicher einiges zu erleben. Unsere erste Woche war durch Dauerregen gekennzeichnet. Dennoch sehr schön, weil das Wetter nicht bestimmt, wie wir uns fühlen. Die Suche nach guten Restaurants ist eine echte Herausforderung, aber auch diese Aufgabe läßt sich lösen. Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus nur empfehelen.

Nur zu empfehlen!
Wir waren 12 Tage vor Ort. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig etwas außerhalb gelegen, was unserer Meinung nach optimal war. Man ist sehr schnell am Strand und in den umliegenden Orten. Entfernung nach Götheburg und Koppenhagen ca. 2 Stunden. Der Service unserer Gastgeber war einwandfrei und sie waren sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, daher auch der Preis absolut gerechtfertigt. Es is komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Wir hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit und wir würden uns jederzeit wieder dafür entscheiden.

Gediget hus med bra utrustningsnivå
Mycket välutrustat och fint hus som passar större sällskap. Huset ligger i ett bostadsområde men ändå inte grannar inpå knuten. En vedeldad bastu med dusch i annexet och färdig ved att köpa. Rekommenderas att testa för de som gillar att basta ordentligt. För vårt gäng på 10 vuxna och som alla är golfare passade huset perfekt, med närhet till ett flertal fina golfbanor.

Kim and I are from Copenhagen, Denmark, so I would say we have the best from two worlds, the city life and the life close to beautiful nature in Sweden. We started our rental business, in 2007, when we built the first house. Today we have 75 beds in 9 houses.
The most important thing for us is to give our guests an unforgettable holiday where we and our team ensure that everything inside the house and outside, lives up to our high standards. We try to give our guests the feeling of beeing in a home away from home.
It means a lot to us, that we have the communikation with the guest, before, under and after the stay. We try to be invisible, but we can fix any problem for our guests during their stay, and if needed we can come by the house at short notice.

Why they chose this property

The scenerie just outside the house is stunning no matter the season. The forest that surrounds the houses and our area in the most enchanting way, is just a little part of what we love by Sweden, not to mention the birds singing, the smell of forest and the peace.
Within a short drive you can drive downhill biking, at Kungsbygget adventure park and Vallaasen too. If you love to go fishing from lake, from the coast or from the river, you come to the right place. The area is perfect for hiking and much more. Not to mention all the high quality golf courses you find close to. In the summertime we have ATP and WTA tennis tour in Båstad. Some of the best beaches in Sweden, you find only a short drive from the house too.

What makes this property unique

The house is a fantastic, delicious log house, with a great focus on interior design and comfort. The large fireplace is the heart of the house, and the open fire gives a very special atmosphere on a cold winter evening or just for the sake of coziness on a summerevening. Even if the days of summer is warm and the nights can be warm too, the log house is always fresh and the temperature is always comfortable inside, not to mention the natural materials the house is built from contribute to a healthy indoor climate. The big garden is perfect for playing and barbecue. We have our own well that draws drinking water from a debth of 140 meters, delivering the purest spring water that tastes fantastic and is completely free of limescale.
