Could be better
First of all, the main benefit of this apartment might be the location right in the city center of Rome. All important attractions are near by so that you can walk there. Unfortunately the apartment itself has some issues, some are as they are, some are self made. It is on 4th floor of an ancient building with very high ceilings and no elevator - very exhausting and inconvenient and I think a potential guest needs to be aware of.Further the appartment is rather chaotic and in some instance disgusting. Cleansing material everywhere as to an extend no one can ever use, no room to place any stuff. The kitchen is nearly not useable as there is stuff no one needs really everywhere. You cannot open the dish washer as it gets stuck by a rack and an ironing board. The worst thing were a whole bunch of old and used slippers in big organizers hanging on the bathroom door and in the living room. I mean what for? No one will wear old and dirty shoes of former guests.Also overall cleanliness could be better.So our conclusion is that the apartment needs a complete clearance of all the junk in it and a more efficient space planning.
