The studio is an attic, on the 2nd floor of an old house from the early 1900s, completely renovated, and with a lift from the 1st floor. The accommodation has a direct entrance from the ancient ramparts in the ancient part of Sant'Antioco. and it is located two hundred meters from the city center: Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the beating heart of the town. There you will find: shops, services, small restaurants, bars, music and night life. Its position, however, shelters it from annoying noises. The attic, intimate and cozy with a mysterious wooden roof and speaking to those who know how to listen to the night rustles that rise from a porthole overlooking the Phoenician lagoon below. A small internal terrace will allow you to reflect on the day's program. It is suitable for single couples or with children. A kitchenette with a one-piece kitchen and a washing machine will also allow you to experience a medium-term holiday without problems.
Upon your arrival you will find fresh water in the fridge to recover from the fatigue of the trip and, for those who stay at least three nights, sparkling wine to smile at life. But for any need we will be at your disposal.
There is no air conditioning, but the perimeter walls are entirely covered with a 50 mm coat.
You will be as if you were at your home, it is sufficient that you do not smoke inside, that you do not introduce animals and that you leave the premises clean and tidy as on your arrival.
A tour in the surroundings: very close you will find a splendid Romanesque church of the 11th century ca, with suggestive catacombs that we suggest you visit. The parking lot is easily found and from here you can make a base to visit the non-island island, the archipelago and the mining areas of Sulcis.
