Villa Marisol in gated community w / pools and garden 4km from the beaches

4 bedroom villa in gated community, fully furnished and equipped with all electrical appliances, and solar energy system. Lots of natural light.

Large and cozy porch / lanai, barbecue area with dining table and 10 chairs, and 4 chairs and support table in lintel. Entrance to the ground floor:

Fully renovated kitchen, furnished and equipped with washing machines, dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and pots included.

Large living and dining room suitable for up to 8 people, well furnished with comfortable sofas and flat screen TV, fireplace and game table. Service bathroom with shower, utility room.

The first floor features a double bedroom with private bathroom, as well as 2 further double bedrooms, an office and a full bathroom with shower and massage cabin. 4 doors wall wardrobe in the hall. All rooms have a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV.

The second floor is exclusively a double room with window to the garden.

Guests can enjoy all the perks of the condo: the 2 pools (adults and children), the gym, the bar and cafeteria, the games room, the terrace and gardens. These are fully child safe and suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Access to the pools is securely fenced and the passage to the outside is only inside each room. Very easy to supervise children and keep them safe.

Private, lawned indoor gardens suitable for yoga practice.


Pets are allowed, which can only remain within the private housing areas and the entrance courtyard.

We appreciate that you do not smoke indoors and that you comply with the General Noise Regulations.

On the day of arrival, the access code for entering the property is sent to the mobile phone.

Wi-Fi internet (password upon arrival).

Attention: if in doubt, the street is on the continuation of Av. Diego Velasquez at Marisol (Seixal).

It has direct bus to FCT - Faculty of Science and Technology - Sobreda, and to Lisbon.

Séjour super

Nous avons passés une semaine super agréable. La maison est très grande et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. La piscine est géniale. Proche de Lisbonne et d’endroits superbes comme Sesimbra et portinho da Arrábida. D.Ana a été d’une grande aide pour nous conseiller et pour nous dépanner lors d’une urgence médicale. Je recommande cette location. Merci encore nous reviendront.

Für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet.

Gutes Obkekt, geeignet für gelegentliche Ausflüge in die Hauptstadt Lissabon und für Strandurlaub. Sesimbra im Süden hat uns am meisten gefallen.

Bien situé, véhicule nécessaire. Plage a proximité et piscine superbe. La location nécessite certaine rénovations mais très convenable pour 6 personnes. Locataire disponible et très serviable. A conseiller.

Urlaub

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigte. Auch die komplette Wohnanlage mitsamt den beiden Pools (einer für Erwachsene, der andere für Kleinkinder) waren wirklich sauber. Da es nicht von Touristen überlaufen ist, konnte man trotz der Vielzahl an Häusern komplett entspannen. Wohl ein Vorteil, da so viele Einheimische dort wohnen. Mehrere Geschäfte (ALDI, Lidl, Continente, etc.) sind mit dem Auto in ei paar Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern klappte zu jeder Zeit reibungslos. Gab es irgendein Problem, wurde sich direkt drum gekümmert. Vielen Dank an Ana und Ihren Vater. :-) Wir können diese Unterkunft mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würden auch wiederkommen, falls es uns noch ein mal in die Gegend um Lissabon verschlägt.

Una soluzione ottima per famiglia numerosa, fino a 8 persone (o due famiglie di 4). Io spazio comune, accessibile solo dall'interno delle abitazioni, è veramente una scelta azzeccata. Le due piscine, una per adulti e l'altra per i bambini, la palestra e la sala ristoro/bar (quest'ultima non funzionante nel periodo del mio soggiorno), fanno del complesso una struttura che tratta tutti i condomini come fossero una piccola comunità che si diverte e si rilassa al riparo dagli occhi esterni, quindi "privacy"

Plutôt content de cette location et de la piscine.

Le jardin central de la résidence est magnifique mais entraîne malheureusement la présence de nombreux moustiques. Une des chambres se situe au 2eme étage et est accessible par un escalier tres etroit en colimaçon. Grand canari s abstenir. La cabine de douche de la salle de bain du 1er étage est fonctionnelle mais pas en très bon état. La maison est très bien fournie ( serviettes de toilette et de plage, savon et papier toilette dans les Seb, condiments de base, ballon et raquettes de ping-pong disponibles dans la maison, TV dans chaque chambre). Wi-fi de moyenne qualité nécessitant d être au 1er étage près de la clé 3G. Sur la porte principale, serrure à code très pratique quand on est nombreux. Attention, péage systématique quand on va à Lisbonne et traversée du pont parfois longue si on a pas le badge Via Verde (équivalent de notre badge Liber T). Ana, la propriétaire est très réactive et sympathique.

Un joli pied à terre pour un dépaysement total au Portugal

Un appartement impeccable et un accueil chaleureux de Ana Rodrigues, nous avons passé une semaine de vacances à 6 adultes sans contraintes sur l'espace de chacun. Très propre complet en équipements voir même plus!! Le seul bémol est dans le descriptif de la maison il n'y a pas 3 salle de bain avec douche mais 2 salles d'eau avec évier et wc, et une seule salle avec cabine de douche un peu vétuste, mais quelques travaux devraient se faire rapidement. Malgré cela un très bon séjour avec accès à une magnifique piscine.

Spacieuse villa avec la piscine à 10 pas. Nous étions 8 et il y avait suffisamment de place pour tous. Juste la douche un peu vieillissante mais rien de grave. je recommande.

Perfekte Lage

Ein gutes Ferienobjekt für den individuellen Urlaub in Portugal. Die Lage ist perfekt für die Kombination von Sightseeing Touren nach Lissabon (ca. 20-30 Min mit Auto) und in die Umgebung mit entspanntem Strandurlaub (ca. 5-10 Min mit dem Auto). Das Haus ist Teil einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage - mit Pool und schönem Gemeinschaftsgarten - in der überwiegend Einheimische leben, weit weg von touristischen Bettenburgen. Ein Auto sollte deswegen vorhanden sein. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden sowohl die Gegend als auch die Unterkunft für einen nächsten Urlaub wieder in Betracht ziehen.
