Bel appartement avec vue magnifique sur la mer

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement de Chantal très bien équipé et propre, l'accueil par Jennyfer a été parfait, nous retiendrons ce logement qui a été des plus agréable avec son balcon où nous pouvions prendre nos repas et petit déjeuner avec le coucher du soleil vu sur la mer, la proximité des commerces et restaurants sur les conseils de Chantal ont été beaucoup appréciés. un grand merci

Die Whg war nett, sauber. Etwas kleiner Balkon. Für Anspruchsvolle nicht zu empfehlen. Abends infolge der umliegenden Restaurants etwas laut bis 3 h morgens. Ansonsten freundliche Leute.

Schön für einen kurzen Urlaub!

Sowohl die Vermieterin als auch ihr Sohn, der vor Ort ist, waren sehr freundlich. Das Objekt ist in dem Ort gut gelegen und gegenüber sind einige leckere Restaurants und Bars. Die Tiefgarage ist auch super, da es vor der Tür oft keine Parkplätze gibt und diese belegt sind. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist top! Ebenso ist die Einrichtung sehr gemütlich. Es gibt genug Schränke sowie verstaumöglichkeiten für Strandsachen etc. Zu dem Apartment gehört ein gemeinschaftspool zu dem jedoch gesagt werden muss, dass diese mit circa 50 anderen mietparteien aus dem Haus zu teilen ist. Von daher ist man dort selten ungestört und der Pool ist für mehrere nicht geeignet, da er nicht groß ist. Es stehen jedoch einige Liegen auf der Dachterrasse zur Verfügung, die immer frei sind. Das Apartment verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon mit anliegender Abstellkammer für die waschmaschine. Die Schiebetür zum Balkon ist jedoch etwas schwer zu öffnen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Hyvä majoitus hyvällä paikalla

Kaikin puolin hyvä ja kaiken tarvittavan sisältävä asunnon omainen majoitus. Parveke hyvään suuntaan ja katolla oleva allasalue mukava lisä. Paljon hyviä palveluita lähellä. Talossa myös autotalli, jota emme kuitenkaan tarvinneet.

Autumn in Palm Mar

The property was exactly as the online site suggested and we were very pleased. During the two month stay we encountered no problems at all and we would definitely recommend this property at any time. The location was also perfect with all the required amenities in the actual building or nearby. The flat has a brilliant view overlooking the sea and La Gomera ; with a westerly aspect many glorious sunsets were enjoyed. We are very likely to return in a year or so.

SWEAT DREAMS APARTMENT WITH STUNNING VIEW

This was the perfect stay! We really enjoyed our stay in this accommodation. It was super clean, modern and just perfect. Palm-Mar is a very quiet place where you can relax and calm down. The apartment had everything we needed: Nice bathroom, full equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, a big balcony where you can enjoy the sunsets. You have everything you need around the apartment: Supermarket (10mins walk), Stone Beach (8mins walk),The famous Bahia Beach, with white sand, 5mins walk) Restaurants, Hairdresser, Pharmacy, Doctor and little shops (1-2min walk). So at least, I would say it was a perfect stay, and if we are coming back to Tenerife, we will book this accommodation again! Thank you so much!

A great location close to Los Christianos, with a marvelous ocean view from the third floor balcony! Cedric, the property manager was very prompt, accommodating and easy to deal with. A great place!

Alles toll , Super Wohnung , Super Lage

Uns hat einfach alles gefallen, die Wohnung sauber , gute Waschmaschine Fernsehprogramme alles was man möchte, sehr sehr nette Vermieter absolut Hilfsbereit, man muss einfach 5 Sterne geben. Der Ort Palm Mar ein Ruhiger Ort direkt am Meer aber ohne Sandstrand, aber das war nicht schlimm zum Surfen und Spazieren gehen top. Los Cristianos , Las Americas sind direkt um die Ecke.

Very very nice apartment!!

The apartment is well equipped and great for all your needs, and the hosts are marvelous! We are a couple in our 40's who went to Tenerife (without children) for a friend's wedding. This apartment was perfect for our stay. We were looking for somewhere close to a few bars and restaurants and also quiet enough to sleep well and we got all of that. The views from the balcony are lovely and there are places to eat and drink 30 yards from the front door! The restaurant Sea Lounge just in front is perfect, really the best of Palm Mar!, The Bahia beach during the days was wonderful! For sure we'll come back

Un apartamento muy completo, funcional y moderno.

Estuvimos muy agusto en el apartamento. No echamos nada en falta. Palm-Mar es lugar es muy tanquilo, sin el excesivo bullicio de Los Cristianos.

Eigentlich eine sehr schöne 2 Zimmerwohnung im 3 Obergeschoss mit Balkon und Blick auf den Atlantik. Nachteil ist, dass der Aufzug fast nie zu gebrauchen war und die Einkäufe sowie Koffer mühsam die Treppen hinauf getragen werden müssen. Fernsehen ist so gut wie unmöglich, da das Internetnetz ständig überlastet ist. Das Bad ist sehr klein und der Toilettensitz, wahr defekt. Wurde trotz Reklamation bei der Vermieterin nicht repariert. Lästig war die tägliche Suche nach einem Parkplatz, obwohl das Haus eine Tiefgarage besitzt, die Vermieterin aber wahrscheinlich keinen Stellplatz.
