Charming cottage nineteenth century renovated in shades from the sun with an attention to detail and comfort, nestled in a beautiful park, 5 minutes from the sea.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans, oven dishes and service, quiet refrigerator, microwave, oven, 2 hotplates, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine,
The room has 2 beds electric lift head and feet (2 x 70 x 190), 2 bedside tables with lamps, 1 wardrobe, a small storage cabinet / bookcase and a flat-screen LCD TV ..
Bathroom open to the bedroom (separated by an opaque curtain) with toilet, sink and shower with adjustable stool suitable for wheelchairs.
Size cottage: 35 m2.

Joli petit cottage très confortable et très bien équipé dans un grand parc arboré. Commerces (boulangerie, supérette, traiteur, tabac presse) à proximité. Situation géographique idéale pour découvrir Morlaix et ses environs.

Sehr charmantes, gemütliches kleines Cottage

Uns (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Cottage sehr gefallen. Es ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Elektrisch verstellbares Bett, Waschmaschine/Trockner und Bademäntel sorgten für etwas Luxus, den wir gar nicht erwartet hätten. Sehr zu empfehlen!

traumhaftes kleines Ferienhaus!

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und läßt kaum Wünsche offen. Geschmackvoll eingerichteter Wohnraum/Küche. Der Schlafraum mit angrenzendem Bad ist durch einen Vorhang getrennt.. Zusätzlich ist noch ein WC vorhanden. Es ist alles neu und renoviert! Die Vermieterin Anne ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht auch deutsch. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Im Nachbarort Le Dourduff en mer gibt es einen ausgezeichneten Austernfischer ( 12 Stück 5,40€ ).

Better than the Pictures

As the advertisement states, this is a very compact property, but it’s small size belies a very full range of fittings and amenities. There is a washer/drier and two very effective heated towel racks that are more than sufficient to deal with the wettest Brittany weather. It has been tastefully furnished and decorated to a very high standard. Whilst fully accessible to the physically impaired, this has been achieved in a totally unobtrusive manner. The grounds are pleasant and secluded, yet on the outskirts of a clearly affluent village with a very good boulangerie and an independent supermarket/delicatessen that far outshines its larger rivals for quality and convenience. Key points: The bed was a comfortable 4’6” double with memory foam mattresses and the shower was spacious and worked well. Though the bedroom/shower room is open plan, there is a second w/c offering more privacy when desired. We make use of rented holiday accommodation on a frequent basis and we have not seen better.

Un petit paradis

Ce petit cottage douillet nous a permis de nous mettre à l'abri du climat breton d'un début d'année 2018 bien arrosé. Et pourtant le temps pluvieux n'a rien gâché au bonheur de résider dans un petit coin de verdure ou le calme et la quiétude du lieu nous ont conquis dès notre arrivée. Le cottage apporte tout le confort nécessaire à un service de choix et l'équipement présent est complet et parfaitement agencé. La literie est de qualité et ce n'est pas du luxe pour des quinquagénaires aux dos capricieux !! Que dire de l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire des lieux, qui, durant notre séjour a associé discrétion et disponibilité. Les petites attentions gustatives laissées à notre disposition le jour de notre arrivée ont ravi nos papilles. Ce fut un charmant séjour, que même un temps maussade n'aura pas réussi à entacher. Que du bonheur... Merci à vous.
