The house has 5 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. maximum capacity of 10 people. The surface thereof is 230 m2. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher microwave, oven and hob and everything you need. Pool 10 x 5 meters with child safety fence. Large terrace and plenty of space in the more than 2 000 m2 of land. of the plot. It has a large covered barbecue of about 30 m2 which has an oven, refrigerator fireplace and kitchen.
The house has belonged to the family life and have been restored and reformed to suit the needs. To offer it for rent we have made several changes that have substantially improved their habitability in order to adapt it to the needs of people who want to spend their holidays there. It is a perfect house to enjoy with your small children or just to relax.

A lovely villa, great owners and fantastic location
We have just returned from a lovely holiday in this villa. It is spacious, very well located and spotlessly clean, with comfy beds.The owners were so helpful. The pool is excellent, very clean and a lovely temperature. The outdoor kitchen is great. Excellent for more than one family. There are lovely restaurants right on the doorstep (lots within a 3-5 minute walk with others just a little further - plenty of choice) and the main town is abut a 20 minute leisurely stroll down the sea front, with lots of shops, bars and further places to eat. The sea view is a real bonus.

Little paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful holiday home. The location is a short walk from restaurants and shops and the property was clean and well appointed with everything needed for a good holiday. The pool was fantastic and was very well maintained and safe. The host was friendly and approachable. Thank you 😊

A wonderful stay with incredible hosts 5*
Absolutely brilliant Villa in a super location with a cute beach cove, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Property was very accessible, with only a couple of steps, my mother was able to navigate well in her wheelchair. Plenty of space for us all and everything you could think of or need was provided. Pool was a hit with our children as was the table tennis table and lots of land for them to explore. Hosts were incredible, so patient and helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend this villa, hope to return next year!

Family holiday
This place is a gem spacious well equipped for eating sleeping etc it has 3 bathrooms one is outside near the pool but it does count! Its location is great close to a beach and 20 minutes walk into centre of Moraira and 20 minutes in other direction to a supermarket so many eating/drinking places as close as 5 minutes away in both directions! So praceful and we were in the height of the season. Host was brilliant our flight time changed and he allowed us to stay for the extra 5 hours which helped immensely with 2 under 2s! On a slight hill but beautifully situated. All in all a fabulous holiday enhanced wholly with this gorgeous villa.

Fabulous 5 night break 🙌
We had a great time at the villa! Family & friends! The pool area is perfect size and really safe for our daughter, added bonus of toilet and shower room pool side. Table tennis was also a hit! The Villa is good size, plenty of pots pans glasses! We all slept really well, the shutters keep out all the light and heat, was worried as No aircon, but the ceiling fans were good 👍 Location was really good, plenty of restaurants close by to walk to and into Moraira itself 10mins which was fab! Only thing we’d want again if we returned was more pillows and towels other than that 🙌 In a nutshell.., a fab holiday in a typical Spanish villa close to everywhere for a good price! Thanks Vincent, I’m sure we’ll be back!

Everything was perfect!
We had a fabulous stay in this villa. The location is perfect. Easy walk into town and even closer to the beach. We were a family of 10. 2 Grandparents, 4 parents and 4 children aged 5,4,3 and 22 months. The cot provided was a full size (not a travel cot). The kitchen was well equipped and the outside kitchen an added bonus with BBQ and facilities and huge pan to make paella (which we did!) Huge pool which was a little chilly for the little ones but it was early in the season. Some restaurants really close by (even our toddler could walk to) were excellent and rated very highly on TripAdvisor. Good WiFi. All in all a perfect stay and would definitely recommend a visit again if we were in that area. Thank you Vincente for your excellent communication.

Perfect villa in a great location
Perfect set up for us with 3 families as a group of 10. Pool was amazing and outdoor kitchen and bathroom next to it meant we were able to spend day happily there, with plenty of shade coverage. House was clean and comfy with 2 further bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen for plenty of people. Ceiling fans kept us cool in the summer heat. Outdoor dining and seating overlooking the sea was beautiful. Supermarket about 15 mins walk away was a good size and there are a nice few bars on the way for a quick drink on the way home. Lovely access to the sea straight from the rocks there too, and a great seaside bar for morning coffee. At the bottom of the road there’s a couple of restaurants- pizza place was great for the kids and we also enjoyed a lovely curry. Within five minutes walk there’s a little shop and a pharmacy which were very handy. 15 minutes walk the other way and you’re on a beautiful beach with a great bar with ice creams. Moraira itself is lovely town with enough to explore for a weeks stay. We have been going on holiday as a group every year for 8 years now and this is definitely our favourite villa and town.

Grande maison,bien équipée, proche de la plage et de la ville de Moraira. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette belle maison avec grande piscine. Je recommande cette maison.

Superbe séjour
Tout était en adéquation avec l'annonce et même mieux puisque le contact avec le propriétaire était un plus. Belle propriété, magnifique cadre dans un quartier très calme et résidentiel, avec une piscine très belle et entretenue régulièrement, le tout situé à 200m de la plage.

De nuevo, estancia perfecta
Repetimos este año en este alojamiento. Hemos pasado dos semanas. Estancia perfecta, cómo el año anterior, incluso con alguna mejora en la casa. Ideal para ir con niños, a parte de ser una casa muy cómoda, de una sola planta, tiene la piscina vallada y mucho terreno para que puedan jugar. Cerca de la playa. El propietario muy atento y pendiente cómo siempre. Totalmente, recomendable.

Perfect gelegen, goed uitgerust.
Zeer geschikt voor een rustige vakantie met een groot gezin. Stranden op wandelafstand. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Toen tijdens een onweer de elektriciteit uitviel deed hij er alles aan om dit nog de dag zelf weer in orde te maken. De inrichting is een tikje gedateerd, en het bedcomfort kan ook nog beter, vandaar "slechts" 4 sterren op 5.

Perfect for a holiday with kids.
There is a lot of space for playing. The pool is magical and it is closed sp that kids don't get into the pool by mistake. The utilities are super, we found everithing we needed. The ower is very nice and helpfull. We had a quiet holiday.

Vacaciones familiares en un maravilloso chalet con todas las comodidades y magníficamente cuidado. Vicente el propietario es muy atento y estuvo pendiente de nuestra comodidad desde el principio. Estancia perfecta
Estancia perfecta! Casa ideal para disfrutar en familia con niños. Al ser una casa de planta baja es muy cómoda y nada peligrosa para los más pequeños. Perfectamente surtida de menaje, cuidado todo hasta el más pequeño detalle. La zona exterior es increíble, con mucho terreno y piscina vallada. Nos encantó el porche, en él se puede comer y cenar, sin pasar nada de calor y con vistas al mar. El dueño encantador, simpre pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Excellent property and location recommended
Spacious villa and grounds with good size pool and outdoor kitchen and BBQ annexe. All bedrooms are a good size. Great for large families or groups. Peaceful location but only 2 minutes walk from a good selection of Italian, Indian, Mediterranean, Tapas, Japanese and French restaurants and Father Teds Irish bar. There's a really nice beach good for bathing, snorkelling and rock pooling about 4 minutes walk from the villa. Moraira town centre, harbour and beach are about a 15 minute gentle walk. The owner, Vicente is very good and obviously cared about the quality of our stay. Our family of 7 (aged between 18 and 50 something) had a very enjoyable two weeks in June. Recommended!
