The location was perfect we could park out car left it for the time we where here and go explore the historic area. Very clean and comfortable.

Great location, nice little apartment

Perfect spot for a few days in Seville. The apartment is on the ground floor in a very quiet building with a nice courtyard. The location is absolutely perfect. Close to all the attractions in the city. The alfalfa neighbourhood is full of great restaurants. Good host, helpful with tapas recommendations.

Great place to stay

Property is clean, safe, and in a great location for enjoying Sevilla. Only issue is the washer is in an area where you have to duck pretty low to get to. Hard for an older person with back issues. But there is a laundry mat nearby. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay.

Good location to see the majority of Sevilla without transit. We were very close to the Parasol ( mushroom) of Sevilla which is also right on the edge of all the pedestrian areas of Sevilla. Easy to walk to the Cathedral and Alcázar. Very safe and secure accommodation.

Excelente estadía

Para empezar el apartamento tiene una excelente ubicación y ya lo que es el apartamento como tal está súper bien para lo que necesitábamos. Todo lo necesario si quieres cocinar, el baño todo equipado. Nos dejaron armadas las dos camas (que eso es un plus) y la comunicación siempre fue muy rápida y atenta. Lo recomiendo tanto para viajes con amios como con la familia.

Location is Fabulous!

Very secure, ideally located ( markets in close proximity, taxis 5 min walk to VRBO, walking distance from historical monuments and entertainment). Hosts met us at the door on our arrival and gave us helpful tips.

Excellent efficiency apartment!

Location, location, location! This place has it! Myriam kindly met us to orient us to the apartment and let us check in several hours before official check in time. The apartment is comfortable and clean and even has a washing machine (accessed by a very small space within the apartment). There is a nice rooftop laundry line to dry clothes. Very safe and looks out on a very nice, safe interior courtyard. There is an exceptional restaurant right around the corner that you should try! There is a kitchenette and small dining table. The wifi worked great and the location was perfect. We were there at the start of Semana Santa and Myriam was exceptionally helpful with our checkout on Palm Sunday. It was a nice extra touch to have wash cloths in the bathroom.

Wonderful location

Even though our flight was delayed and it was very late, Myriam and her husband met us outside the building and did an orientation to the unit. It is a quiet location on the ground floor which was nice carrying luggage and for sleeping. Located walking distance from tourist sites, but Uber is very reasonable if needed. Major bus terminal a few blocks away. Take advantage of the washing machine and clothes line on the roof to keep plane luggage cost or weight you carry down. Host was very helpful. Delicious, reasonable price restaurant on the square corner only 30 meters away! Very secure building.

Nice apartment, centrally located.

The apartment was very nice and had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine. All the important sights in Sevilla are within maximum 30min walking distance. The owners were very helpful and made good recommendations on places to eat close by. Street parking is a challenge but there are two parking garages close by.

Nice clean property in a quiet and lovely setting. Easy to access town on foot.

Easy people to deal with. Nice bars close by. Recommend staying here as a couple... Would be a bit small if you were to be sharing with another couple.
