Had a little bit of an issue finding it but thank goodness for gps! Maybe a sign by the gravel driveway?!? Becca was very accommodating! The place was very clean and comfortable! Totally recommend it. All in all… very happy with our stay!
We very much enjoyed our stay in downtown Livingston. The studio was large enough for our 3 night stay and had all the kitchen equipment for our light meal needs as we dined out for lunch and dinner.
Livingston has long been a favorite for us and we were able to visit bars and eating spots as well as get up to Yellowstone for some fly fishing during our stay.
This little place is within walking distance of almost anything you could want to do in Livingston. It's not big, but a perfect size for me and my wife (and Ruby, our dog!). Cozy and comfortable.
A lovely clean quiet space with a big closet and enough kitchen space to spread out. Parking for 2 vehicles on a secluded alley. We would definitely stay here again!
At the last minute we needed extra places for family to stay. The owner was quick to respond and the studio was on available the next day. She checked in with us to make sure everything was in order. The studio was just as advertised It was clean and decorated nicely. One of the biggest pluses was it was pet friendly. Having a vase of flowers on the counter to greet was the cherry on top.
I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful studio located in easy walking distance from restaurants and shops in Livingston. The owner was great at communicating with me, the studio was clean and tidy with a full kitchen. I'd stay again. The only reason I didn't give this a 5-star rating was due to weak Wifi. I worked remotely but I couldn't use Zoom or Teams (no one could hear or see me) and had to dial in with my cell.
I wanted to go to Gardiner to see the Arch ,even though the Yellowstone entrance was closed. This property hit the mark. It was very clean and comfortable. Having a fenced yard was a plus since I had my two small dogs. They loved the grass. I would stay here if I am in the area again.
WOW!!!!! This place is very small but so hip and so well appointed. It is absolutely dreamy for a couple. The family that owns it is an old Montana family and knows everything about the area it is so incredibly kind and accommodating. I have never stayed anywhere more wonderful!!!! Bonus that the backyard is quiet and calming and full of lovely gardens and trees. A block or two from the action of downtown. Win win.
My husband could not have found a more charming place for our stay in Livingston. Our plans were to visit Yellowstone for a week, however due to the flooding we got there one day. The house is approximately 35 minutes from the north Entrance, So we created
plan B! We were able to book a night in Idaho to visit the Tetons one night. When we returned we discovered all that Livingston had to offer!! We spent our week sight seeing and eating!!! Rebecca's place was in walking distance to downtown. The houses had a well equipped kitchen and a outdoor sitting area. She was quick to respond to my questions before we left and was reachable by phone while we were there. If you want a comfortable place in a charming town this is it!!! We will definitely stay there again !!!!!
A peaceful, clean and comfortable little cottage, easy access and parking and perfect spot for walks around town.
I’ll definitely look to stay on future visits!
Great location - we walked to all the local restaurants and picked our favorite for dinner. Lovely and quiet - we slept great. Whoever designed the inside must have been a professional - great use of space and lots of countertops. Shower was tall with good water pressure. Comfy sheets and bed. Overall great experience!
This was perhaps one of the best vrbo experiences I have had. Our space was super clean, cozy, and centrally located. Rebecca was a superb and caring host. I was dropping my son off at Montana state (we are from Maryland), and this was the perfect landing spot for us to transition him. I cannot say enough good things about this spot and host. Just spectacular!!!! Thank you Rebecca!!!
The location of this rental couldn’t be better. The rental itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I live in the main house on the property, and the yard is shared between me and the renters of the studio. I am born and raised in the Livingston area, and I work in town. I am a 4th generation Montanan, and love it here.
Why they chose this property
I remodeled an old garage into a fabulous studio in 2013. I live in the house up front, but moved into the studio once it was remodeled. I lived there for 14 months. For 7 months, my infant son lived there as well. It was too small for two of us to live there full time, so we moved back into the main house. I am very proud about how beautiful the studio is on the inside. It was a great place to live for all of those months.
What makes this property unique
The studio is close to downtown, so if you go out for a few drinks, you can walk home. It is convenient to numerous restaurants, bars, art studios, and everything else downtown Livingston has to offer.
