Lighthouse Cottage: Classic Ocracoke Cottage
Tucked back on the end of a small road this property allows you to enjoy the lighthouse right in your back yard! Enjoy the amazing views of the marsh and the Ocracoke Lighthouse that was built in 1823. This recently restored 100-year-old cottage has a large new kitchen and upstairs addition with porches on each floor. The second floor has a big bedroom, full bathroom, and an artist/writer/yoga work area. The top floor bedroom has a view of Silver Lake Harbor, Pamlico Sound, and beautiful surrounding marshes. Take a refreshing shower in the outdoor shower after a hot day at the beach collecting seashells and building sandcastles. This Saturday turn day property does not provide linens or towels, please inquire about rental options.
