Notre hôte Gema est très attentionnée, nous avons communiqué avec elle par WhatsApp ce qui est très pratique l'appartement était très propre un parking est à proximité pour un coup d'environ 35 € pour une semaine

Le logement correspond aux photos. Se situe à 30mn à pieds de la plage la plus proche (le postiguet) et du centre ville. Alicante est une jolie ville tres agreable. Des bus deservent toutes les directions.. Gemme est une hote tres sympa. Je recommande 😊🙏 Jrecomman

So helpful

Gema is an excellent host

Gema has been an amazing host. Check in was easily coordinated by WhatsApp. After making a mistake in my booking, Gema was flexible and allowed us to change our dates. She also allowed us to keep our things safe for a late departure time. The home has everything we needed and is close to tourist spots nearby.

Nice and cozy

At arival, we were greated by the charming owner. She lived near by, so she would help us if there would be any problems... But we didn't have problems, we just enjoyed our stay. It is true that the lokation is 20 minuttes walk from the marked, but we liked walking the area. The times we were tired, we just took the bus 1 or 3 that stops just around the corner. We are a family of 3 and it was just perfect for our vacation. Thank you for the stay, Gema :-)

Propriétaire très aimable et convivial ! Emplacement très calme et un peu éloigné du centre ville. Il faut tout de même compter à pied 20/25 bonnes minutes pour accéder à la plage. Un ensemble vraiment satisfaisant.

„ Neu renoviert und alle ganz neu“ stimmt nicht!

Liebe Gema, das Appartement entsprach nicht ganz der Beschreibung Ihrer Anzeige im Internet! „ Neu renoviert und alle ganz neu“ stimmt nicht! Ich weiß ja nicht in welchem Jahr dieses Apartment neu renoviert wurde???... auf jeden Fall nicht im Jahr 2018! Es waren erhebliche Wasserschäden an den Wänden sowie am Inventar zu erkennen! Der Treppenhaus Aufstieg zum Apartment ist mit großem Koffer eine Herausforderung! Die Möbel / Betten/ Schränke, Küche und Küchengeräte-Utensilien sind verschmutzt, alt und verbraucht! Der hintere Balkon Ausblick ist eine Mauer, der fordere Ausblick eine Straße! Nach unserer Meinung wurde das Apartment vor unserer Ankunft schon sehr lange nicht mehr gereinigt (Fotos vorhanden). Wir haben erstmal alle Bettlaken abgezogen und gewaschen, das Bad, die Küche sowie den Boden zur bedürftigen Nutzung gereinigt und fragten uns ernsthaft warum Gäste Reinigung Gebühr bezahlen müssen?? Wir haben jede Menge Bilder gemacht- den Sauber ist anders!!!! Der angegebene Strand ist nicht 10 min entfernt, er liegt direkt in der Stadt und hat keinerlei Parkplätze zu bieten! Wir sind etwa 30 min. mit dem Auto zu einen anderen schöneren Strand gefahren den uns die Nachbarn empfohlen haben, er heißt Playa de San Juan. Es gibt keine Duschen am Strand! Es gibt erhebliche Parkplatzprobleme, absolutes Parkverbot in der Straße des Apartments, wir mussten jeden Tag mehrere Runden im Ortsteil drehen um einen Parkplatz zu ergattern! Parkhaus in der Nähe Fehlanzeige!! Das Apartment befindet genau zwischen 2 Automobil Werkstätten, die morgens um 8:30h anfangen Autos zu reparieren! Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht, da die Kanne nicht passt, Gema wurde informiert, doch behauptete das Gegenteil, da sie angeblich die neue Kanne gekauft hat (probiere es bitte selbst aus!) Keine Gebrauchsanweisung für den TV, der Waschmaschine oder der Klimaanlage, so mussten wir notgedrungen des Öfteren Gema anrufen, wodurch uns erhebliche Telefonkosten entstanden! U.a. spricht Gema kein English!! Kein WLAN im Haus und das im 21.Jahrhundert! Richtig ist: Das Apartment ist hell und geräumig! Man sollte experimentierfreudig sein und spanisch sprechen können, denn dann kommt auch mit dem Bus, der Bahn oder dem Taxi in die Stadt! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten- Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurant sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen! Krankenhaus in der Nähe! Die Nachbarn im unteren Bereich linke Hand- sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Alles Gute für die Zukunft

El apartamento es estupendo, a un paso del centro o de la playa en transporte público (TRAM o autobús) y con muchos servicios alrededor. Limpio, amplio, luminoso y muy cómodo. Gema es encantadora y proporciona muchísima información útil al llegar. Repetiré.

Una casita encantadora!

Nos encanto la casa ! Todo limpio ,buena ubicacion y Gema,un encanto de persona ,lastima que no hemos tenido tiempo para tomar un cafe juntos... Por tener ,tiene hasta una pequeña cheminea! Cerca hay todo tipo de negocios,un Consum a la esquina y al lado un bar con comida casera y trato familiar. Sin duda, volveremos!
