55m2 apartment leases approximately at Orelle, village served by a cable car that climbs to Val Thorens, between Saint Jean de Maurienne and Modane.
8 beds with new bedding, 2 TV + DVD, oven, dishwasher, raclette, hair dryer, fully equipped and well arranged.
It is 30m from the gondola where there is also a bar, a sports shop, a ski school, a point for packages, there is also a nursery.
free parking at 20m.

Orelle winter is:

Skiing on the largest ski area in the world! with quality snow and sun! The estate is open from December to May, the gondola drops you at 2400m to the chairlift Plan du Bouchet, with access ahead to Val Thorens, Méribel, les menuires and Courchevel. Between Orelle and Val Thorens, you have the opportunity to fly like a bird thanks to the zip line.
However, if your just starting skiing there is a training area at the top of the gondola and ESF ski school.
Also if you want to try another ski resort, the Maurienne has a multitude of possibilities that are very close to Orelle, you have access to the resorts: Aussois, Vallorie, norma and others.

Sehr geräumig, sehr gute Lage, Gondel fuhr direkt hinter dem Haus ab, Küchenausstattung: extrem viel Zubehör, wäre gar nicht nötig, teils nicht funktionell, bei Problemen war Roger jederzeit kontaktierbar und hat sein bestes gegeben, Mängel zu beheben, sehr gut!!! der einzige Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit v.a. der Kuche

Appartement fonctionnel et cosy
Appartement super bien agencé ou tout l’espace est optimisé mais avec suffisamment d’espace pour que chacun ai sa tranquillité. Nous sommes partis avec nos 4 enfants de 12 à 20 ans et le compagnon de notre grande et chacun a trouvé sa place. Très proche des télécabines et avec un espace pour stocker les skis. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

L'appartement est très optimisé avec des équipements de qualité. Il est confortable mais pour 8 personnes c'est petit pour l'espace commun et la salle de bain.Très bien pour des fans de ski car au pied du télécabine d'Orelle . Dommage que l'appartement est en bord de départementale et donc pas une belle vue.

Un appartement très bien placé au pied du télécabine.Optimisé avec beaucoup d'ingéniosité et de goût nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour à 4.Je dirais que c'est encore mieux que sur les photos de l'annonce.Par ailleurs il est très bien équipé en ustensiles de cuisines, en portes manteaux, étendoir à linge...

Truly excellent stay - ideal location for the gondola up into Orelle, a fast, efficient response to any queries before and during the stay and a very well equipped, fairly priced little apartment.

Great location near to lift , quirky layout but works, lots of cooking equipment. Ideal if you don't kind getting tge lift up and down at tge end of a day's skiing Key safe sbd wi fi would be useful additions, would consider coming again

Nous avons séjourné un week-end en famille appartement très bien équipé la remise des clés pas Roger est top . L emplacement pour le télécabine jusqu'à val thorens y a pas plus près. Pour nous le seul bémol les gens au dessus un peu bruyant mais bon pas la faute des propriétaires. On garde cette adresse peut être pour l été y a des belles balades. Merci

Super Lage und sehr gutes Preis leistungsverhaeltnis. Bettwaesche darf man nicht vergessen und morgens ab 8uhr wird es durch den strassenverkehr etwas lauter. Ansonsten perfekte Unterkunft.

En été ça le fait aussi !
Un peu déconcertés à l’arrivée par la situation de la location en bord de route (travaux sur la télécabine), nous avons néanmoins passé une belle semaine à sortir et découvrir les environs avec 3 petits enfants (6-4-2 ans). La région est si belle en été ! Si nous étions skieurs, c’est certainement ici que nous reviendrions. Le gîte est sympa, il ne manque rien. L’espace couchage est bien aménagé. Vraiment chouette. Merci pour l’accueil sympathique de Roger, discret et disponible durant notre séjour.
