It is a very sunny terraced house, on a plot of 470m2, on two floors, of 110m2 each, with a garden area at the main entrance and terrace at the rear. There are 4 bedrooms, three of which have a double bed and the remaining two single beds. For now, unfortunately we do not accept pets.
Garden in south facade and terrace in north facade.

Some points to consider:

- It is forbidden to bring guests to stay.
- Out of respect for the dream and tranquility of the neighbors of the property, loud noises or loud voices from 22: 00hr should be avoided.
It is totally forbidden to make parties or events of any kind.
- It is the obligation of the guests to maintain a responsible consumption of water and electricity. Do not leave the lights on when you leave home.
- Do not smoke inside or outside the accommodation.
- Do not accumulate garbage inside, you can throw it every day at any time in the containers of the side streets.

Zentrale Unterkunft in Puerto de la Cruz

Es hat uns an nochts gefehlt. Sehr gute Aufteilung des Hauses. Zentrale Lage in Puerto de la Cruz. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortet schnell. Unkomplizierter Check In und Check out.

Family holiday

We had a lovely stay at Candido's place ,it was very clean , spacious, the showers were hot and powerful. It was close enough to town ,the beds were very comfortable . I would not hesitate to recommend

Schöne 2 Wochen auf Teneriffa

In dem Haus fehlte es an nichts und der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, können einen Urlaub hier nur empfehlen.

Super Unterkunft. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr sauber und sehr gepflegtes Haus. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Wunderschönes Haus in wunderschöner Lage

Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel wir waren 4 Personen und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer und es gab 3 Bäder, große Terrasse und Küche. Einziger minus Punkt ist der laute Straßenverkehr, aber mit geschlossenem Fenster kann man gut schlafen.

Casa muy cómoda y limpia

La casa muy amplia y limpisima, con todos los basicos disponibles para no invertir en cosas que normalmente has de dejar (jabon de manos, papel higienico, lavavillas, especias, sal…) En general todo agradable, baños nuevos, cocina equipada, camas comodas Como punto a mejorar sugiero ua renovacion de toallas q estaban muy desgastadas, pero algo pequeño en comparación a los puntos positivos de la casa

Sencillamente genial

Cándido ha sido súper amable, llegamos un poco tarde, pero nos esperó sin problema. La casa estaba muy limpia y cada mañana teníamos maracuyá y naranjas del árbol. También hay un aguacatero . La casa está muy bien situada. Cerca de la ciudad y al mismo tiempo en una zona tranquila. Otra cosa que nos gustó mucho es que tiene movistar. Hay un supermercado cerca y un restaurante tailandés riquísimo. Lo recomendamos 100%. En cuanto podamos volveremos.

Schönes großes Haus

Excellent property

We had another great month in Candido's house, having visited two years ago. It is clean, well furnished and exceptionally well equipped. It is a pleasant walk to the park, town and beach and a bit harder walking back uphill but it wouldn't stop us from staying there in the future. We didn't have any problems but know that Candido is quick to respond to a phone call if needed.

Super Appartment

Schönes helles Appartment. Es ist alles vorhanden(vom Duschgel bis zum Toaster). -20min zu Fuss in die Innenstadt. -10min zu Fuss zum nächsten großen Supermarkt. Super netter Vermieter.

Sehr sauberes Haus und angenehmer Vermieter

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem großen und sauberen Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße hat nicht wirklich gestört. Küche und Bäder waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Candido ist sehr sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmal! Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Stadthaus

Das Haus ist sehr groß und sauber. Straßenverkehr ist hörbar, aber stört nicht wirklich. Candido ist wirklich sehr nett und kümmert sich liebevoll um jedes Detail, herzlichen Dank noch einmal. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war wirklich unglaublich gut, alles was man benötigt war vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand. Nochmals vielen Dank für die gute Zeit!!

Gut durchdachte, zweckmäßig und saubere Wohnung

Wir, 4 Personen waren für eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung. Eigentlich ist es ein Haus mit mehreren Zimmern und Badezimmern. Die einzelnen Zimmer und Badezimmer sind einfach aber sehr, sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es gewisse Einbauschränke. Diese sind mit vielen Bügeln versehen. Das hat man nicht in jeder Fewo. Die Badezimmer haben eine ebenerdige Dusche, Toilette, Bidet und Waschbecken, Duschzeug, Haarwäsche ist vorhanden gewesen . Es ist alles sehr, sehr sauber. Im unteren Bereich des Hauses befindet sich die Küche und der Ess-bzw. Aufenhaltsraum mit deutschem TV. Die Küche ist total super ausgestattet, deshalb haben wir auch mehrmals gekocht. Diverse Gewürze, Öl, Kochgeschirr ausreichend Teller, Spülmaschine auch gute Messer, Reinigungsmittel. Es ist alles da. Es ist eine der wenigen Wohnungen die wir bezogen hatten, die so hervorragend ausgestattet war. Von der Waschmaschine, Fön, Bügeleisen, Einkaufsbeutel, alles vorhanden. Ein tolles Highlight war die Terasse mit Garten die nach hinten hinausgeht. Die Bananen und Avocados durften wir „verarbeiten“ Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat trotz, meiner schlechten Englischkenntnisse gut geklappt. Vielen lieben Dank Candido☀️

Superbe maison

Tres bien située et un trés bon accueil de candido. La maison est à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Les commerces sont à côté pour faire les courses. La maison est vraiment très très bien équipée et très spacieuse. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Je recommande sans problème

Casa dolce casa

È la casa perfetta per trascorrere le vacanze in famiglia o tra amici. Ben arredata e con ogni tipo di confort, fornita di tutto e di più. Il salone è amplio e luminoso proprio come nella foto, anche se, grazie al clima, io e la mia famiglia abbiamo passato più tempo nella terrazza, dove abbiamo potuto pranzare e cenare comodamente e con una buona privacy. Candido ci ha consegnato la casa in condizioni perfette, pulitissima e ordinata, e ci ha fatto trovare un cestino pieno di banane e la dispensa fornita di un po' di tutto. E dall'orticello abbiamo potuto prendere alcune erbe aromatiche e delle lattughine. Fantastico! La casa è situata in una zona residenziale, non distante dal centro e dalla spiaggia, infatti pur avendo noleggiato la macchina, ci siamo mossi a piedi. Di fronte c'è un ristorante canario dove si mangia benissimo e a buon prezzo ;) Candido è una persona meravigliosa, ci ha consigliato su alcuni posti da visitare e per fortuna parla italiano :) L'anno prossimo torneremo a Tenerife e sicuramente soggiornaremo a casa di Candido :) siamo stati veramente bene, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra.

Genial

Llegué a esta propiedad por medio de un anuncio en una publicidad en la calle. Llevaba ya tres días en Tenerife y me sorprendió el precio; llamé y quedé con Cándido para ver la casa: sorprendente ( una vez más) un casoplón superlimpio para tres personas que éramos y por ese precio...nos quedamos una semana. El coche aparcado por fuera de casa a 10m, pero sin problemas de aparcamiento. Siempre hubo sitio. Caminábamos para ir a la playa y al centro. Hay un pequeño supermercado enfrente y un restaurante canario muy bueno y barato. El mercado municipal está cerca también. Cándido iba de vez en cuando a regar y hacer trabajos en la huerta y alguna cosa nos llegaba también. Pero te deja a tu aire; si necesitas algo te ayuda sin problemas. Es un tío muy abierto y tranquilo.

Beaucoup d'espace et très fonctionnelle

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement situé dans un quartier résidentiel. De grandes pièces au larges surfaces très bien meublées avec gout et confort. Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité du centre ville, la vue dégagée, la terrasse côté jardin et son aménagement. La maison est lumineuse et propre. On s'est senti très à l'aise et le propriétaire est fort sympathique. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Nous recommandons aussi le restaurant de l'autre côté de la route, chez Oscar, le prénom du propriétaire. On y mange simplement et pas cher mais avec un service et une gentillesse extrême !! Idées d'amélioration pour le logement: - le Wifi qui est très lent (pour les accrocs d'internet !) - pression d'eau un peu faible pour la douche de la salle de bain du haut (celle de la grande chambre) - fermeture des fenêtres un peu hasardeuse. Et surtout le bruit sur les chambres côté route... Mais le propriétaire doit y remédier très prochainement en doublant les vitrages sur les balcons. Une maison où nous aurons plaisir de revenir ... A recommander

Pas de mauvaise surprise

Maison spacieuse, comfortable et très bien située, proche des commerces. Seul bémol : pas de double vitrage sur les baies chambres devant, donc il y a un peu de bruit au petit matin.

Modernes und großzügiges Doppelhaus

Herzliche Begrüßung vom Vermieter mit genauer Erklärung des Hauses. Sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit auch für die Empfehlung div. Ausflugsziele. Wir waren positiv überrascht von der Größe des Hauses. Alle Räume modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber .Überwiegend neue Möbel. Moderne geräumige Bäder alle mit Dusche u. Fenster Nach hinten eine rießige Terrasse zum draußen verweilen. Es ist alles vorhanden was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Küche komplett ausgestattet sodass die Selbstversorgung kein Problem ist. In direkt Nähe kleine Lokale u. Supermarkt. Lidl etwas weiter aber OK. Ein schöner Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der wunderschönen Insel. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und kommen wieder

I could do without almost everything, but still has not reached that point, so "I need" my daily dose of Yoga, cycling, music, movies and reading. A good hike up the mountain and some camping on the beach when I can, revitalizes me 100%.
I am a vegetarian for about twenty long years. I can not stand animal suffering or the smallest living being.
And traaaaavel. There are not many things I like more. I have not done as much as I would have liked, but from those I made are very present in my day. Travel freely, untethered and with little planning. My favorite trips are long term, at least one month.
As host I adapt to your needs: if you need my help, I will give, if you're more independent, you will have all the space you need.

Why they chose this property

The properties were built approximately in 1990. One of them always belonged to my family and this one was recently purchased to unified the two properties. It was reformed and eventually served as family accommodation.

What makes this property unique

The house despite not found in the city´s very center, provides ample space to relax, just minutes from downtown, beaches and wooded park areas. It has an easy exit towards the highway or to other towns on the island.
