UBICACION PERFECTA

Hemos pasado 2 semanas perfectas en este pequeño apartamento cuya ubicación es ideal, pues se encuentra en primera línea de playa y en el mismo pueblo. Habría que destacar 2 detalles: uno de ellos, la nevera que es bastante pequeña y el otro, la terraza. Aunque es una terraza muy amplia tiene el problema de encontrarse la condensadora del aire por lo que es imposible salir a la terraza cuando esta puesto el aire acondicionado. Por otra parte, se encuentra muy cerrada por lo que NO entra el aire exterior. Si en lugar de murete tuviera barandilla, creo que se aprovecharía más los días que hace viento. Nosotros no la hemos podido utilizar. De todas formas, merece la pena por la ubicación y lo espectaculares que son sus playas. Agradecimientos a John que nos atendió muy amablemente. Muchas gracias por todo.

Un très agréable appartement

Situé à a peine 50m de la plage et offrant une vue spectaculaire sur celle-ci et le penon de Calpe, cet appartement est très confortable et dispose d'un équipement très complet. Il dispose d'un garage en sous-sol mais il est d'un accès difficile avec une grosse voiture et nous avons donc préféré l'immense parking gratuit situé à moins de 200 mètres. Signalons encore deux supermercados et une excellente boulangerie dans les environs immédiats. Il y a aussi de nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité.Le contact avec le propriétaire est très sympathique et il est disponible pour repondre à vos questions. Bref, une totale réussite... 👍👍👍

The apartment is very tired and needs refurbishing, the air-conditioning unit is full of debris. Not serviced from new and therefore, not very effective, when we arrived, there were five lightbulbs not working. The oven and washing machine both caused the electric to strip off, the dining table and only two chairs need replacing, the drawer units below the TV need replacing, owing to the fact that the drawers do not operate The shaving light in the shower room does not work. Also, the water is very slow to drain from the shower tray. On the balcony, there is lots of broken beach chairs and three broken sunshades. The bedding is of very poor quality as are the towels., The crockery is a mishmash, and we found it to be dirty, had to thoroughly clean before use

Es hat uns sehr gefallen, die Lage ist perfekt,der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und freundlich.Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht,sauber, es war mir am wichtigsten. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, im Vergleich zur Calpe z.b. Wir waren mit dem Auto da,hatten die Möglichkeit mehrere schöne Orte in der Nähe anzuschauen. Una semana en Moraira

El alojamiento es perfecto par un viaje en pareja de una semana, el apartamento es cómodo y tiene unas excelentes vistas y una muy buena ubicación dentro de Moraira, a dos pasos tanto de la playa como del centro urbano. Rodeado un gran surtido de restaurantes donde puedes hacer tu elección para comer o cenar.

Spacious apartment with great views

Extremely well located, being on the edge of a small town, everything is within a 5 minute walk. Stunning beach views. Apartment was very clean and spacious enough for 2/3 people. Would stay there again.

Geweldig!!

Alles even fantastisch. We voelden ons meteen thuis. Het uitzicht is adembenemend. De omgeving is ook heel mooi. Het appartement was heel comfortabel. Het enige minpunt de douchecabine is wat krap, maar mijn echtgenoot is best wel breed.de ontvangst door de eigenaar was bijzonder plezierig.

Beach 🏖 Apartment

Great position for everything !!! Furnishings a little tired dining table & chairs poor quality ( ie I beach chair ) bedding very poor. Illuminated mirror in the bathroom kept tripping the electrics could be potentially dangerous .kitchen sink not operative had to purchase washing up bowl .roller blind in the bedroom was broken so was quite a light room with neighbours using their lights at night. We enjoyed our stay very much as our last visit to Moraira was 24 years ago when we used to holiday there with our children in a friends villa & it was lovely to be able to revisit & see how the place had changed (an awful Lot ) but what an amazing place it now is & how well maintained & looked after by the authorities that govern the area . We would certainly love 💕 to return .
