The villa (300 sqm on 2 floors) is located adjacent to a castle in 1500. We are 20 minutes from Siena, 30 minutes from Florence, on the hills overlooking Sangimignano. The property is composed of 300 hectares of which about 22 are for the production of our Chianti Classico we produce since 1596. In addition to wine we also produce honey, grappa and vin santo still produced with grapes dried under the roof for five months.

It was a wonderful experience! You definitely need a car but the views could not be matched and it allowed us to use if for a jumping pad to so many beautiful towns. If you would like to attend a Sunday mass it is less than a 5 min walk.
The house was beautifully decorated and spacious.
Our family enjoyed the pool and a wine tasting too!
Alberto was so helpful and responded so quickly to all of our questions. We all can’t wait to return to such a magical spot!

Magnificent Villa
As the gates slowly opened, we immediately fell in love. The property is spectacular and the views are amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. We were welcomed by the friendly staff and given a tour of the property. There were nine of us traveling together and we were all able to spread out in our own rooms. We spent our first full day at the pool and enjoying the property. That evening we took a cooking class up the road with Massimo which was absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious and a once in a lifetime experience. The next day we went to Siena for the day and then returned home for a late afternoon tour of the winery with a wine tasting at the end. We only wish we could have stayed longer. It was by far our favorite place during our trip to Italy.
