All rooms have french windows with julienne balconies facing the courtyard of the house - allowing plenty of light and making it a quiet place to stay.
Living area with a sofa, extendable dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering.
There are 3 bedrooms. One twin bedroom and two double bedrooms. All rooms have a wardrobe for storing your belongings. Two full bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and other with a small bathtub.
Other features: high speed fiber optic internet connection (100 Mbps) and central air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
The apartment enjoys a wonderful central location within Seville's old quarter, close to the main sights and monuments: Cathedral and La Giralda, Alcázar Royal Palace and Archive of the Indies.

Without doing any research, we lucked into one of the funnest places in Seville. This area is alive and vibrant with restaurants, shopping, bars, and some of the cutest street areas imaginable.
We had a wonderful family vacation in Seville. The apartment in Barrio Santa Cruz was comfortable and the location was fantastic! We will stay again when we return to Spain.
Very secure 1st floor apartment , 3 terrific double bedrooms , plus 2 bathrooms . All very clean with ample linen , towels etc . Seville is still hot in mid September so we appreciated the " Air Con " which worked well , plus we had all the shutters closed during the daytime to keep the rooms cool . No negatives but the location is a huge plus , so easy to get to everywhere on foot . One tip for other guests if you enjoy a stately home and gardens visit the Duke of Alba Palace , less tourists go there , well worth the seniors entry fee of E10 , plus fabulous back story about the Duchess .
Great location but cigarette smoke from other apartments came through the venting every night making it unpleasant to sleep. The water when showering was either cold or scalding hot.

The apartment was very nice, in an excellent area, and well-equiped. Comfortable beds and an easy check in. The only complaint was a persistent cigarette smell throughout the apartment coming from smokers in the apartment below.
This beautiful, comfortable and charming apartment is perfectly located in beautiful and historic Sevilla, but located within a quiet and peaceful locked courtyard. Near tapas bars, a short walk to the cathedral and Alcázar, this little gem is perfect!
Another reviewer mentioned smell of smoke, but from our experience there may have been a smoker in an apartment nearby which could be picked up if the windows are open, but the actual apartment was clean and fresh and void of former smokers. Great communication!

L’appartement est situé dans le vieux Séville, à quelques pas de la cathédrale et de l’alcazar. Tout se fait à pied dans les rues typiques, les restaurants sont également juste à côté. L’appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes, 6 couchages disponibles mais la pièce à vivre (salon/salle à manger) est très petite. Bref très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé qui dispose de 2 salles de bain.
The location and building are great! The apartment is small, but has all the right spaces: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kutchen, living room. The bed pillows are hard, so you might want to bring your own if you like soft pillows. The washer is quite small, but services most needs and if you need to do a full load there is a laundromat right next the the restaurant outside the building. When we were in Seville, it was HOT so the air conditioner was a huge life saver. Overall, we enjoyed the place. Wonderful restaurants nearby!
The location was amazing. The flat was great. Only issue was that the middle room smelled like smoke, very heavy smell. I think the previous renters smoked in that room.
Overall the apartment worked well for 6 adults. Easy to get around the city to all the monuments (Cathedral, Alcazar and Triana Market).
Lovely greating by Manuel at the door and an easy walk from the train station or quick taxi ride.
Only recommendation is to get a better filter for the air flow as any smokers outside, even with the windows closed, it would smell like smoke in the apartment.

We found the apartment very comfortable and with great access to all the sites and historic locations. Restaurants were great and the apartment was mostly quiet for sleeping. Thank you for a lovely stay
The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a great location and very quiet. The only drawback was that the washing machine didn't work well, and left clothes sopping wet. It took days for them to dry properly, even after wringing them out by hand.
Superb location, but needs a touch up in a few areas
Overall I would recommend this accommodation.
The location is outstanding, its very comfortable and there is no noise from outside the apartment block.
Downsides:
- There is mold in some places in the bathrooms and discoloration around kitchen window, plus some of the pans could do with being replaced.
- There is noise from neighbours within the apartment block, so for example can hear people talking and tv.
- Water didn't stay hot for long, so couldn't run a bath for example.
Lovely apartment in a good location. Can and Uber had difficulties getting to it, so ask to be dropped off at the hotel next door . Construction at building replacing an elevator which we were not advised of in advance so noisy in the morning. Management very polite about it and issued a one day refund as compensation.
We only had a short stay but wished it was longer. The apartment was in a great location, near shops, tapas restaurants, the Cathedral, and Real Alcazar to name a few... all within walking distance. The apartment itself was off the street and was quiet, cool (so thankful for the air conditioning) and felt safe. Thank you so much. We would stay here again!
Very central location. Bedrooms small but comfortable. Small washing machine but lots of drying lines on rooftop. Easy check in. Close groceries. Quiet for sleeping.
The apartment is located in a complex that is off a main street, and appears to be mostly locals. Because of that, it was very low noise, and well kept up. The amenities are as promised in the listing.
With five of us in the unit, the living room was a little small for everyone, but that wasn't really an issue because we spent most our time exploring Sevilla.
The location was great. It's in central Sevilla, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Giralda, so was perfect for sightseeing. There are several restaurants very close to the complex that were worth sampling as well.
The management company was easy to work with.
