Appartamento stupendo in posizione stupenda.

Il nostro soggiorno a Torino è stato meraviglioso. L'appartamento è in pieno centro ma tuttavia è silenziosissimo di notte. Gianluca si è dimostrato un proprietario attento, simpatico e davvero disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare un abitazione pulita, funzionante in tutto e fedelissima a com'è descritta nella sua descrizione. Ci siamo trovati così bene che all'ultimo minuto abbiamo aggiunto una notte. Torneremo sicuramente.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist schlicht hervorragend, mitten im Zentrum Turins an einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr und Nachtlärm. Die Wohnung verfügt über angenehm grosse Räume, ist vollständig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Schlafsofa ist keine Dauerbaustelle; es wird ohne Mühe in 2 Minuten zum angenehmen Bett verwandelt und umgekehrt. Einzig mit dem Hauseingangsschlüssel hatten wir etwas Mühe. Wenn wir wieder nach Turin kommen, werden wir uns, ohne lange zu überlegen, selbstverständlich um diese Wohnung bemühen und die Vermieter Gianlucca und Monica kontaktieren. Our stay here was perfect... an easy walk to everything that we wanted to see, so no car needed for the entire stay. Gianluca was a perfect host. He assisted before we arrived and during our stay in Turin. This is one of the very best VRBO stays that we have had while on our 30 day tour of Italy.

This was just what we were looking for in the middle of the city. Gianluca was a wonderful host and incredibly helpful and welcoming. He gave us dinner recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious, the bed very comfortable, shower/bathroom very good, and it had a great view of the street below. It was also within walking distance of the Porta Nova train station. We would definitely stay here again!

Most amazing apartment! Great location, well equipped, good aminities.

This was the most relaxing part of our trip. We loved Turin and the apartment was spectacular! I highly recommend staying there for so many reasons. Location is wonderful, close to train station, grocery stores, shopping, you name it. Perfect place to stay. Kitchen was so fun to cook in. Comfortable bed with good linens.

Mejor que en las fotos!. El propietario y su mujer siempre disponibles y muy amables. Nos han puesto la cuna para la niña sin cargo adicional. El piso está en perfectas condiciones, muy limpio y amplio. Ubicado en pleno centro, supermercado cerca. Muy recomendable.

Come da titolo, nulla da aggiungere se non fare i complimenti ai proprietari. Bellissimo appartamento nel pieno centro di Torino (di fianco all'isola pedonale di via Lagrange), 1° piano con ascensore, ingresso, soggiorno con angolo cucina, bagno e grande stanza da letto matrimoniale, presente un divano letto in soggiorno, enorme televisore, Wifi di buona connessione, cucina arredata in tutto e per tutto, paquet in cucina/soggiorno e camera da letto. Vicino all'appartamento c'è anche un garage pubblico. Complimenti per la pulizia e la cordialità. A 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Porta Nuova, in pieno centro e attaccato al centro storico di Torino

Appartement agréable, confortable, bien équipé. Conforme à sa présentation sur le site. Localisation excellente, dans le quartier central historique où se promener est un plaisir. Great host, spacious, usable flat

We had a very good experience with both the host, Gianluca, and the apartment. Gianluca is friendly, flexible, and responsive. He had the apartment stocked with enough to get us started as well as staples (coffee, tea, cakes, salt, pepper, oil, balsamic, soaps ...). We found it easy to walk to many of the more interesting places in the city and always felt quite safe. While we did have intermittent issues with the WiFi, Gianluca did his best to take care of them. Not that either of these is a show stopper, we did find that there was quite a bit of street noise that persisted throughout the night and "leaked through" closed windows. In addition, the wood floors were squeaky. If we are ever in Turin again, we will definitely consider this apartment.

Weekend di Pasqua DA RICORDARE!!

La casa e' molto accogliente e arredata con gusto. Molte volte le foto sono fatte ad arte per far sembrare piu' grandi le stanze ma non in questo caso; gli ambienti sono ampi e anche il divano letto e' molto confortevole. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto cortesi e disponibili. Abbiamo trovato il necessario per la prima colazione gia' al momento dell'arrivo. La casa fa angolo con Via Lagrange, la via delle "Firme" ed e' a 100 metri dal Museo Egizio, in pieno centro di Torino. Sotto casa (ma veramente sotto, nel giro di 20 metri dal portone...) ci sono un paio di bar, 1 spaccio di cioccolato, 2 supermercati, una pizzeria al taglio, 1 gelateria, 1 yogurteria, 1 piadineria, 1 pizzeria tradizionale, 1 sushi bar, 1 locale che fa arrosticini..mai vista tanta abbondanza di locali di ogni tipo in cosi' poco spazio. Citta', casa e proprietari ASSOLUTAMENTE da consigliare, direi il TOP!!

Bellissimo Weekend di Pasqua!!

Siamo stati ospiti di questa proprieta' nel Weekend di Pasqua ed e' stata una vacanza veramente molto bella. La casa e' arredata con gusto, non c'e' niente di rimediato. La posizione e' incredibile; a 100 metri dal Museo Egizio e all'angolo di Via Lagrange, la Via delle "FIRME" di Torino. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e sempre presenti in ogni fase della vacanza; in casa c'era tutto il necessario per la prima colazione e ogni bene di prima necessita' (sale, zucchero, caffe', miele...). Sotto casa (e per sotto casa intendo proprio affianco al portone e nel giro di 30 metri..) ci sono 2 supermercati, una pizzeria al taglio, 1 pizzeria tradizionale, 2 bar, una gelateria, una yogurteria, una piadineria, 1 sushi bar e addirittura un locale che fa arrosticini (tra l'altro squisiti!!). La proprieta' e' secondo noi altamente consigliata per visitare la splendida Torino, citta' piena di Musei e opere d'Arte e Mostre di ogni tipo; siamo stati 3 giorni e praticamente abbiamo visto solo le cose che non potevamo non vedere. Potete parcheggiare la macchina e riprenderla al momento di ripartire. Veramente un appartamento da consigliare a tutti!
