In a calm and green environment, the Logis St Julien is available at any time of the year. You will appreciate its proximity to the famous tourist site of Bayeux (town at 800meters), known for its tapestry, its animations, its museums, its shopping and its town center as well as its idyllic setting, which combines green countryside and tranquility. Wonderful location and beautiful building

This place is a hidden gem just outside the city centre of Bayeux. Lovely peaceful surroundings and a 20/25min stroll to the tourism hotspots. Emmanuelle & Bernard are great hosts. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here

Perfect location, delightful property

Extremely quiet, charming converted chapel. All facilities you would expect, sadly no dishwasher or tumble dryer but we made do. Also no bedsheets or towels - you can rent some or remember to bring your own. As a base of operations for exploring it was perfect, Emmanuelle and Bernard communicated well and gave us a warm welcome and then basically left us to get on with it, which is exactly what we wanted.

Sehr schöne Beherbergung in wunderschöner Lage mit herzlichen Gastgebern.

Sehr entspannend und erholsam. Viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung in geschichtsträchtiger Umgebung, schöne Locations und sehr freundliche Menschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la location est agréable, les propriétaires sont charmants. Notre fille a apprécié la balançoire, la présence de Jaspee et kermesse. C est à endroit à la campagne et à la ville. Beaucoup de ballades, de visites et plages à découvrir. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ein idyllischer Urlaubsort

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Es war schön ruhig und idyllisch. Und vor allem in einem schönen,französischen Flair. Die Kinder fanden das Pferd und den Esel im Hintergarten toll. Außerdem war es ein super Ort, um von dort aus Ausflüge zu unternehmen.

A lovely hideaway in the French countryside

We had a very relaxing stay at Logis St Julien. The cottage is a converted chapel but is very modern inside, and is located in farmland on the outskirts of Bayeux. It was very quiet and peaceful but only a 20-25 minute walk to the centre of town and the museums. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and especially good at communicating prior to the stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Hervorragend, Anfahrt etwas schwierig

Sehr nettes Domizil in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem nicht weit nach Bayeux. Ideal gelegen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad. Leider gestaltete sich die Anfahrt wegen fehlender/ungenauer Adressangabe etwas schwierig, genaue Koordinaten: 49,27700°N, 0,72970°W

Beauty in the French Countryside

What a charming property! Clean, comfortable and convenient to many historic sites and great eating and shopping. Bernard and Emmanuelle were always available, and even helped out with returning our rental car and calling a taxi. We really enjoyed the farm animals and Eden, the friendly resident dog. I would definitely recommend this place.

Dichtbij de stad en toch op het platteland!

We vonden het een hele fijne plek om te verblijven. We voelden ons erg welkom. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Bayeux is erg dichtbij. En er is veel te zien en doen in de omgeving. Ook de dieren maken het extra gezellig.

Modern and comfortable gite

This is a clean, modern and comfortable gite close to the town of Bayeux. Two double bedrooms, open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area, shower room and separate toilet. Pleasant outside seating area with garden. 5-10 minute walk to local Hypermarket, Bayeux WWII Museum and WWII cemetery. Bayeux cathedral and centre of town approx 20 minute walk. The gite is close to town but has a rural feel, located down a quiet country lane, surrounded by fields. Emmanuel & Bernard are great hosts. They have 2 donkeys, a horse , a cat and a dog called Eden. Eden came and visited us each evening. We had a wonderful week and would definitely like to go back again. Thank you!
