Few villas along this beautiful coastline are within walking distance of a choice of restaurants, a well stocked mini market, local bakery and an ATM machine. Villa Nitsa is an excellent choice for guests who are looking for a car free holiday.
This recently renovated modern villa sits on a 4 acre plot and enjoys lovely sea views from all three of it's bedrooms and each has access onto the covered veranda. The pool is an excellent size, with plenty of patio & decked areas for the sun loungers and huge parasols. There is a lovely pergola with wicker style lounge furniture to enjoy the evenings and for guests who enjoy dining at home there is a brick built BBQ and outside dining table seating 6.
The villa is on one level and consists of an open-plan kitchen and comfortable sitting room with large flat screen Apple TV, to one side views of the sea and the front a French window to the pool area. From the hallway, three adjacent bedrooms and guest bathroom & a further two family bathrooms.
