Elegant Villa with park, huge swimming pool, in the green area of the city cente

Two floors villa with 150 square meters per floor with a total of 300 square meters.
- First floor: equipped kitchen, veranda on the garden, living room with fireplace and television, office, bathroom.
- Second floor: a master bedroom with Jacuzzi and 8 window offering view on the park city and city , a single room and two double rooms with a bathroom, shower and sauna.The furniture is recently renewed and is a misture of modern and old art style full of sculptures and old paintings. Any room has air conditioning and WIFI, each one bright, sunny and very silent with view on the park.
The large dining room is enriched with works of art and a large fireplace.
Outside there is a garden with a panoramic view, a gazebo with a dining table and sofa to relax outside and there is the possibility of making a barbecue Weber. A large park of 15000 square meters surrounds the property, there is a children's playground and a 17-meter swimming pool with salt water.
Around the pool there is a solarium with 8 modern deckchairs. A gazebo is in front of the pool. A shower is outside near the pool and another bathroom with shower is near the pool. The garden is embellished with a collection of modern art sculptures so any corner is to discover and enjoy! Every year we plant a vegetable garden so during the summer season you can find amazing fresh vegetable! This paradise in the countryside is located just 10 minutes away from the historical city centre. In a protected area of the park we have one donkey and some sheeps and the children often come to feed them and they enjoy very much of this experience.
The area is prestigious, very quiet and well served by the public transportation system. Good restaurants are within walking distance. There is one wine producer with its own restaurant producing red Valpolicella wine is just "at the corner". The grocery stores are located within a couple of minutes by car from the house. Possibility of cycling on bike paths outside the home and to enjoy simple walks in the bush.

Great place to bring the family
The home is a beautiful, spacious, fully working property with friendly and interesting hosts who were very helpful with anything we needed. The location is secluded on a hill for beautiful views of the city, so you probably do need a car, but it is located only minutes from stores and sites to see. The home is so pretty that you should talk to your kids about being careful with all the artwork and decorations. Highly recommended to other guests, and thank you for having us!

A wonderful visit to Verona!
We had a wonderful week staying in a lovely house in the hills above the beautiful city of Verona. Nicoletta was very helpful indeed, and most generous with her time and recommendations. The house and grounds are large and filled with fascinating features, books and objects. Thoroughly recommended!

Elegant, stunning natural surroundings, perfect for friends and family holidays
We loved the warm welcome and care for every little detail. The interior design of the house is amazing and with beautiful natural light and colours all around. The area dedicated for children is also well looked after and there is plenty of space in the patio to enjoy the garden and spring weather! Too bad that it was still too cold to have a swim in the pool! Thank you, Nicoletta!

I simply loved the place, it's close to the city center , bright cozy and perfect for family relaxation . We admired the park and the artwork of the owner is fantastic, she's a remarkable artist and such a nice and thoughtful person. La Villa è unica ,situata sulle colline che si affacciano su Verona a 5 minuti dal centro di Verona . Struttura incantevole ,molto pulita, spaziosa e di gran gusto , il parco circostante ,arricchito da splendide sculture ,accoglie una bellissima piscina , la consiglio anche se viaggiate con il vostro amico a 4 zampe! Nicoletta, la proprietaria è stata veramente gentile, ci ha consigliato il tour da fare per visitare bene la città e ha prenotato per noi la cena in un locale tipico veronese . La consiglio a tutti come location ideale per trascorrere una breve vacanza con gli amici , ci ritorneremo di sicuro .

Wunderbar entspannender Urlaub in Verona
Das Haus ist wunderschön und riesengroß, fast zu groß um alles ausreichend nutzen zu können. Ganz besonders schön ist der Gartenbereich mit der überdachten Laube, die auch bei über 30° eine angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Von dort aus kann man den riesigen Pool übersehen, der besonders für Kinder ein wahres Highlight ist. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und sehr hilfreich, wenn Fragen oder Probleme auftreten. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können das Objekt nur empfehlen.

Gute Lage und Anbindung zum Stadtzentrum sehr gut, Wohnobjekt entspricht nicht der Beschreibung
Beschreibung trifft nicht zu. Keine Sauna, keine Lebensmittelgeschäft in zwei Minuten entfernt, Blick über die Stadt hat man auch nicht. Deweiteren mussten wir erst die Dusche und die Badewanne säubern, bevor wir sie nutzen konnten. Spinnweben im ganzen Haus. Überall teure Kunstwerke, so dass man Sehr vorsichtig sein musste. Pool musste wir die ersten beiden Tagen selber von Blättern befreien. Nach 2 Tagen haben sich erst die Vermieter gemeldet, bis dato war es nicht möglich den Backofen zu bedienen und das Duschwasser war für alle nicht ausreichend. Dies wurde vom Vermieter gleich behoben. Positiv ist die Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter zu erwähnen. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und in einer tollen Lage. Wenn man nicht so auf perfekte Sauberkeit und nicht Anspruch auf deutschen Standard hat, kann man hier einen schönen Urlaub verbringen.

Prachtige villa met park met geweldige ligging
Het huis is heerlijk, groot en mooi gelegen. Met het park met groot zwembad helemaal rondom precies zoals het op de fotos staat. De ontvangst was goed en we hebben fijne tips voor veilige uitstapjes gekregen. De bbq en keuken zijn goed uitgerust voor dagelijks koken. De slaapkamers en badkamers waren goed schoon en we kregen handdoeken, zwemhanddoeken en keukenlinnen ter beschikking. In de hoekjes tegen de plafond hing inderdaad hier en daar een spinneweb, maar een dergelijk groot huis helemaal stofvrij houden lijkt me vrijwel onmogelijk. De belangrijke ruimten en delen waren perfect schoon. De huiskat die op het terras bij ons kwam zitten, was zeer vriendelijk en bracht nog wat extra gezelligheid en huiselijkheid. We waren wel blij dat we eigen horregaas bij ons hadden om in het slaapkamerraam te plakken want alleen de grote suite heeft muggengaas in de ramen en er zitten wel degelijk veel muggen! Verder hebben we echt een heerlijk verblijf gehad en na een week hebben we zelfs nog een nachtje bijgeboekt omdat we nog niet naar huis wilden.

Fantastisk feriebolig med perfekt beliggenhet
Vårt opphold var perfekt i en bolig av god kvalitet med eget svømmebasseng og uteområde. Boligen ligger i et fint område nær Verona med gode kommunikasjoner til sentrum. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

Wonderful experience!
I had an amazing experience staying at Nicoletta and Giovanni's villa. The villa presented better than the photo, very bright, airy, spacious, peaceful, clean, and the privacy was well protected. The owner is an artist and there were many lovely art pieces in the villa and the garden. The swimming pool was surprisingly big size for a private house! The villa was just outside of Verona city, it was very easy to access by car. Nicoletta is also a wonderful cook, she knows all the secret about Italian cooking (and her dishes are all healthy too!). I will highly recommend this villa. I am definitely going back to them again!! NicolettaとGiovanniさんのヴィッラの滞在は大変素晴らしいものでした。ヴィッラは写真で見るよりも大きく感じ、明るく、緑に囲まれているので空気も新鮮で、静かで、清潔で、プライバシーが守られていました。 オーナーのNicolettaさんはアーティストでもあり、彼女の素晴らしいアート作品がヴィッラの中、庭のいたるところに飾られているのがおしゃれでした。また、屋外プールも個人宅とは思えない程の大きさだったのも嬉しいサプライズでした。 このヴィッラはヴェローナの街中に隣接した郊外にあり、車で１０分もかからず到着します。（バスも出ているようです）丘の上にあるので、景色も抜群です。 Nicolettaさんは料理も大変上手で、イタリア料理について色々と教えてもらいました。伝統的なイタリア料理はもちろん、ヘルシーなレシピも得意だそうです。（美味しいリンゴのケーキ、ご馳走様でした！）優しくて気さくなオーナー夫婦に大変親切してもらい、また絶対に訪れたい場所になりました。

Stunning house in a perfect location
Looking for a house full of culture in a perfect, easy to access location in Veneto? Look no further! Nicoletta’s house offers you a sparkling clean, stylish Veronese experience. The place is full of art and unique details. Location is perfect for experiencing both Verona and surrounding areas. What’s more, our kids enjoyed the large swimming pool and outdoor areas. Strongly recommended.

Objekt entspricht nicht den Beschreibungen im Netz, Bilder sehr vorteilhaft. Waren 3 Paare, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Bad, 2 Paare mussten sich ein Bad auf der Etage teilen und 3 Zimmer, da in 2 Zimmern nur Einzelbetten verfügbar sind. Das 2. Doppelzimmer sehr klein, Warmwasser in den Duschen nur mit 15minütiger Vorlaufzeit verfügbar, Spinnweben in allen Zimmerecken - zusammenfassend war der Gemütlichkeitsfaktor sehr überschaubar. Außerdem war die Gastgeberin nicht gerade erfreut darüber, dass wir unsere Hunde mitbrachten, obwohl in der Anzeige extra als haustierfreundlich beschrieben. Wir können die anderen Bewertungen auf der Website überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen.

Everything we wanted
Beautiful property, gorgeous grounds and very gracious owners. Nicoletta cooked for us on our first evening and the food was to die for and so much, just what we needed. The house is wonderfully positioned on the hills with fabulous views and we walked into Verona each day - it is a 40 min walk and part of the road doesn't have a pavement so be careful. Thankyou so much Nicoletta for a wonderful break

I love traveling and speaking foreign languages, I am bilingual as well.
Hospitality is a pleasure for me and allows us to meet people from different cultures with whom we often have the chance to create true friendships.

Why they chose this property

The villa is not inhabited most of the time and therefore welcoming international guests allow us to keep the house alive, pay part of the costs of maintenance and take care of its beautiful garden. We love to meet people from different cultures with whom we are used to confront and culturally enrich each other. Art and cooking are a pleasure for me and I give advice to my guests, and I can cook for them, if requested, being myself a lover of bio/natural cuisine. Hospitality is an art herself and I consider holidays a special moment of the year in which a person can recharge the energy so everything must be done for the best to make feel the guests very comfortable and happy!

What makes this property unique

The house is a unique paradise full of art pieces, elegant, bright and treated with love. It has a perfect exposition to south is very sunny and surrounded by nature. There are a lot of colors, flowers, scents. The pool is bio with salt marine water so no danger for children's skin and it is very large for a private house (17x7 meters)! We are improving every year with a collections of modern art sculpture in the garden and buying new children and adults games.
This paradise is practically in the heart of one of the most beautiful cities in the world and a UNESCO heritage site. You can reach cocktail bars, a tennis club, restaurants just 5-10 minutes by car! What else?
