About this property

Very quiet, comfortable, FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED, declining rates depending on the duration, very recent construction, sea and mountain views.

You enter and find yourself in the large living room overlooking the terrace.

The pool is 7 meters by 3.50 meters and its depth is constant at around 1.50 meters.

A 120 bed is in the living room (wooden bed behind the yellow sofa) and the red sofa is convertible, constituting a bed for 2 more people. All windows have electric shutters for total blackout.

The kitchen is fully equipped, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine ...

The first bedroom has a 160 bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a heated towel rail and WC.

The second bedroom has a 140 cm bed and has an adjoining bathroom with heated towel rail and WC.

The third bedroom communicates with the first to form a parental suite if necessary and although rather intended for children it can accommodate adults, it has 3 single beds of 70 including one in height and two which are joined to obtain a 140 bed.

The villa has another bathroom (and therefore has 3 places to wash) an independent WC. 5 devices provide air conditioning in all rooms and internet is available via Wi-Fi, a satellite receiver allows the reception of numerous TV channels.

Many beaches accessible by car: Palombaggia, Rondinara, Santa Giulia ... and more particularly 2 which are near the villa:

-Americans beach (2 minutes by car, 15 by foot) very wild and beautiful, little frequented,

-the beach of Fautéa (4 minutes by car) which is of fine sand, very close parking and restaurant on the beach.

We have a high chair, a cot and a stroller.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus zum Superpreis

Als erstes fiel uns sehr positiv auf, dass das Haus in einer bewohnten Gegend und nicht in einem reinen Ferienhausgebiet steht. Die Vermieter Francois und Frau haben schon bei der Anreise unetrstützend geholfen und sind sehr um das Wohl der Gäste besorgt. Sie waren immer erreichbar und kleinere Probleme wurden schnell behoben. Für vier bis sechs Personen ist das Haus optimal eingerichtet. Vorhanden sind zwei Elternschlafzimmer (160 m und 140 m Bett) jeweils mit Ensuite-Bad. Darüberhinaus ein Kinderzimmer mit extrabreitem Doppelstockbett und eine Schlafnische mit Doppelbett am Wohnzimmer hängend. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Flüssigseife, Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel und Müllbeutel wurden zu unserer Überraschung alle vom Vermieter gestellt. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, Ceranfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Kühltruhe, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Eierkocher, Raclette, alles ist vorhanden, Gasgrillplatte und Holzkohlegrill auf der Terrasse. Aber am besten ist der Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Und erst der Pool. Das Wlan ist sehr gut und tröstet über den nicht vorhandenen Empfang deutscher Fernsehsender. Trotz kleinerer Probleme können wir die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Villa au top - n’hesitez plus !

Villa au top, spacieuse, très bien équipé, cerise sur le gâteau la piscine et la terrasse avec vue sur mer .. propriétaire très agréable et plein de bons conseils. Nous avons passé un super séjour en corse du sud, le premier, mais sûrement pas le dernier.. à bientôt !

Séjour fabuleux

La maison correspond parfaitement à la description faite sur le site. Elle est spacieuse, très bien équipée et point important elle est très propre. Nous sommes venus à 2 couples et 4 enfants et nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La vue depuis la terrasse est idyllique et la situation géographique de la maison est parfaite pour visiter le sud de l’île (plages et piscines naturelles entre autres). Il y a un petit supermarché à moins de 10 minutes en voiture avec tout ce qu'il faut et pas très cher. Nous avons été bien conseillés par les propriétaires sur les restaurants à proximité et ils sont disponibles à tout moment si besoin vu qu'ils vivent juste à côté. Nous recommandons cette maison les yeux fermés, car il n'y a rien à redire tout était parfait...peut être trop car le retour à la réalité a été difficile !!! Merci à Ghislaine et François

Villa très agréable avec une vue parfaite

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette villa qui beneficie d’une situation idéale pour visiter le Sud de la Corse. La maison est vraiment très agréable et très bien équipée. La vue mer depuis la terrasse et la piscine est vraiment magnifique.. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de sympathie et nous ont conseillé tout au long de notre séjour. A conseiller sans hésitation pour une semaine au calme en famille ou entre amis !

Superbe vue !

Nous sommes venus pour les vacances de Pâques avec nos enfants, et nous nous sommes régalés dans cette belle et grande maison. Bien équipée, bien située à proximité des plages et des rivières, et dans un environnement très naturel. Les 3 salles de bain permettent de vivre facilement à plusieurs dans la maison. La terrasse extérieure est magnifique et très vraiment très agréable. Les propriétaires ont été de bons conseils et très charmants. Nous retournerons volontiers lors de prochaines vacances.

2 wonderful weeks

2 wonderful weeks! After a very relaxed arrival over Livorno by Corsica Ferries, we arrived in Bastia. For Owner of a Dog should be noted that we can Corsica Ferries absolutely recommend. We had booked a 2 bed cabin, which was ideal. From Bastia is it a 2:30 hrs driving. To the house it is a very nice ride, almost exclusively along the sea. Once in the house, we were already of Francois and his Parents expected. After a very nice introduction to the house we are going a little later to the first beach exploration. There are three beaches. Fautea 1 + 2 and the Plage des la Americans. Fautea 1 has a very good and nice restaurant, the two others are not staffed and were almost empty in June. All Beaches are from the house within a walking distance from 15-20 minutes. The house itself is very large, quiet and is located in a villa-style residential area. It is nicely furnished and clean. Francois and his parents are very nice and personable. We don´t speak French, a communication was very possible. Francois speaks excellent English. The terrace and pool are just wonderful. The views of the sea , the countryside and the distant mountains are breathtaking A small tip: Don´t forgot Autan ! For shopping is in Santa Lucie a Supermarket, in Lecci a very good bakery. We have focused on the south and the beaches there, because the north is one way for driving almost three hours. The beaches in the area Palombiaggia are very nice (about 30 minutes drive). We come definitely back. Francois and his Family gives us the Feeling like at Home. Thank you so much !

2 Traumhafte Wochen

2 traumhafte Wochen ! Nach einer sehr entspannten Anreise über Livorno per Corsica Ferries sind wir in Bastia angekommen. Für Hundebesitzer sei erwähnt, das wir Corsica Ferries absolut empfehlen können. Wir hatten die Überfahrt mit einer 2 Bett Kabine gebucht, was optimal war. Von Bastia aus, sind es ungefähr 2.30 Std. bis zum Haus. Ist eine ganz nette Fahrt, fast ausschließlich am Meer entlang. Im Haus angekommen wurden wir schon von Francois und seinen Eltern erwartet. Nach einer sehr netten Einführung in das Haus sind wir wenig später zur ersten Stranderkundung los. Es gibt drei Strände. Fautea 1+2 und den Plage des la Americans. Fautea 1 hat ein sehr gutes und schönes Restaurant, die beiden anderen sind nicht bewirtschaftet und waren im Juni fast leer. AlleStrände sind vom Haus aus zu Fuß erreichbar (15-20 Minuten). Das Haus selbst ist sehr groß, ruhig und befindet sich in einer villenartigen Wohngegend. Es ist sehr nett eingerichtet und sauber. Francois und seine Eltern sind ausgesprochen nett und sympathisch. Obwohl wir der französischen Sprache nicht mächtig sind, war eine Verständigung sehr gut möglich. Francois spricht hervorragend Englisch. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind einfach wunderbar. Der Blick auf das Meer und auf die Landschaft und die fernen Berge atemberaubend. Als kleiner Tipp: Autan nicht vergessen. Zum Einkaufen gibt es in Santa Lucie einen Spar, in Lecci einen sehr guten Bäcker. Ansonsten haben wir uns auf den Süden und die Strände dort konzentriert, da der Norden einfache Fahrt dann doch fast drei Stunden entfernt ist. Die Strände im Bereich Palombiaggia sind sehr schön (ca. 30 Minuten Fahrt). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und haben uns bei Francois und seiner Familie wie zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank !

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Der Strand auf den man blickt gehört zu einem Naturschutzgebiet, somit ist er nie überfüllt. Wenn man 5 min weiter fährt erreicht man die Fautea Bucht, mit einem karibischen weißen Sandstrand und türkisblauen Wasser. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und versorgten uns mit vielen nützlichen Infos. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen und fühlte sich auch sehr wohl dort.

Des vacances de rêve

Bonjour, Pris par le.temps nous avions oublié de laisser notre avis sur cette location. Et pourtant il y avait des choses à dire...les propriétaires sont d'une gentille rare... surtout madame Santucci qui était au petit soin jusqu'à notre départ. La maison est au top du top niveau propreté et tres bien équipée. Nous sommes parti avec notre bebe de 15 mois au mois de mai 2015 et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Magnifique vue, les photos sont tres realistes. Si vous recherchez des vacances reposantes avec un paysage de rêve, je vous recommande vivement cette maison. Un grand merci aux Santucci en espérant revenir bientôt sur votre magnifique ile.

Un séjour parfait en Corse

Ma femme, mes 5 enfants et moi avons adoré notre séjour en Corse dans la villa de François Santucci. Un endroit très calme, à deux pas de la mer et proche de la montagne également. Une vue idyllique sur la mer depuis la petite piscine tout en bois, bien rafraîchissante en été. Une maison moderne, parfaitement entretenue et équipée, tout confort, très lumineuse. Et surtout, un accueil incomparable des propriétaires habitant la maison d'à côté, toujours prêts à vous donner tous les bons tuyaux de magasins, restaurants, excursions à réaliser et autres. A recommander!

Wunderschöne und ruhige Villa an perfekter Lage!

Wir waren die letzten 2 Wochen im Juni 2015 zu zweit als Paar in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Reservation und Bezahlung haben sehr gut geklappt, die Eigentümer schreiben sofort auf E-Mails zurück. Wir sind aus der Schweiz nach Livorno und von dort mit der Fähre nach Bastia gefahren. Von Bastia bis zum Standort der Villa sind es ca. 2h Autofahrt, mit sehr schönen Küstenabschnitten (gegen Süden). Das Haus befindet sich in einer Sackgasse (Privatstrasse) und es sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Infrastruktur sowie die Ausstattung ist absolut komplett - die Eigentümer haben wirklich an alles gedacht. Waschmaschine/Tumbler und Geschirrspüler sind modern und haben tiptop funktioniert. Fernseher (über Satellit) und iPod/Phone Dock haben wir nie gebraucht, der Ausblick in die Natur und aufs Meer waren zu schön. WLAN für Handy/Notebook funktioniert im Haus mit sehr gutem Empfang, auf der Terrasse nur sehr schwach. Die Lage in einem Einfamlienhaus bzw. Villenquartier ausserhalb Sainte-Lucie-de-Porto-Vecchio ist ideal. Ein grosser Spar ist 5min entfernt im Dorf, grössere Shopping Center in 15min Autofahrt in Porto Vecchio. Den nächsten Strand, den man vom Haus aus überblickt, ist 2min mit Auto zum Parkplatz an der Strasse, dann 10min zu Fuss (plage des américains). Der Strand hat viel Platz und ist nicht so gut besucht wie die bekannteren Strände (es gibt kein Café/Restaurants). Der Sand ist grobkörnig und das Meer steilabfallend. Über einen schönen Fussweg kommt man in 15min zu den Fautea Stränden Richtung Norden. Ein absoluter Traumstrand ist Saint-Cyprien Plage, welcher vom Haus in 20min zu erreichen ist. In der Hochsaison aber offenbar sehr gut besucht. Auch für Ausflüge in die Berge zum Wandern oder Baden in den Bergbächen ist die Lage super. Direkt vor der Haustüre kann man die schöne Tagesrundfahrt zum Bavella Massiv starten (über Solenzara - Col de Bavella - Porto Vecchio). Auch ein Ausflug zum Le plateau du Coscione ist unbedingt empfehlenswert (halbwilde Pferde/Schweine/Kühe und schöne Wanderungen). Insgesamt ein perfekter Ort, um den Süden von Korsika zu entdecken. Die Besitzer-Familie ist äusserst nett und hilft mit Tipps und falls im Haus etwas unklar ist (wohnen direkt oberhalb in einem separaten Haus). Wir können diese Villa unbeschränkt weiterempfehlen - für Paare oder auch für 1-2 Familien. Bei mehr als 8 Personen könnte man je nachdem noch das Appartment oberhalb (im Haus der Besitzer) dazumieten. Wir kommen gerne wieder nächstes Jahr!

Maison top

Quel séjour ! Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison au confort excellent, à la vue exceptionnelle et avec des propriétaires accueillants et disponibles. Tout est vraiment fait pour se sentir chez soi, qualité des installations, confort de la terrasse, piscine agréable même si un petit coup de propre ne ferait pas de mal. Nous reviendrons sans doute un jour pour en profiter encore une fois et recommandons vivement cette location.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Die Beschreibung der Villa entspricht absolut den Tatsachen, ich würde sogar sagen, dass es noch schöner ist, als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Der Ausblick von der Terasse aufs Meer ist grandios. Wir haben in der Villa zu siebt wundervolle Tage verbracht. Für 2 Familien mit Kindern ist die Einteilung des Hauses ideal. Alles im Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was für einen Selbstversorgerurlaub nötig ist. Die Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen, sind sehr freudlich und haben uns viele Tipps bzgl. Einkauf, essen gehen und Strände gegeben. Auch unser kleiner Hund war wilkommen. Die finanzielle Abwicklung war problemlos und auch die Organisation und Information im Vorfeld des Aufenthalts waren perfekt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Villa auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Haus, super Lage, tolle Vermieter

Wir, Familie mit 2 Jugendlichen, waren für 1 Woche in dem Haus. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und ins Haus eingewiesen. Die Einrichtung ließ es wirklich an nichts fehlen. Auch die Außenanlage war super - genau so, wie es die Fotos zeigen. Man genießt einen herrlichen Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Wirklich traumhaft. Zu diesem Strandabschnitt, auf den man vom Haus aus blickt, braucht man mit Auto - und dann zu Fuß vom Parkplatz bis zum Meer - ca. 10 Minuten. Ein fast naturbelassener, nicht sehr frequentierter Strand. Zum nächsten Ort braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten. Dort sind Supermarkt und Tankstelle, kleinere Cafés, die wir aber nicht besucht haben. Das Haus ist in fast neuwertigem Zustand. Alles ist sehr sauber, modern und mit viel Komfort eingerichtet. Wir waren alles in allem total begeistert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmals dorthin reisen. Gesamturteil: Super !!!

Uitermate fijne vakantievilla

Een uitermate fijne, zeer ruime vakantievilla met een prachtig uitzicht, zowel op de bergen als op de zee! Alles was aanwezig, de eigenaar is zeer voorkomend en behulpzaam. We werden verwelkomd met champagne in de koelkast en in de loop van de week verrast met nog diverse Corsicaanse lekkernijen! We hebben heel erg genoten van deze prachtige plek!

Un séjour idyllique, une ...

Un séjour idyllique, une villa superbe, de grands volumes, parfaitement équipée avec une vue qu'on ne se lasse pas de contempler. Au calme, la villa est idéalement située, l'utilisation de la voiture est systématique mais c'est le prix de la tranquillité. Les propriétaires forts sympathiques restent discrets et de bons conseils. le seul regret : 1 semaine reste insuffisante pour voir tout ce que cette région offre à découvrir :-)

dE SUPERBES VACANCES EN CORSE

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances ! Le cadre était vraiment magnifique, l'environnement calme et reposant, la maison impeccable et très confortable. Les propriétaires sympas, accueillants et très soucieux de notre bien-être. Location à conseiller. Notre très agréable séjour nous incite à y retourner.
