This superb, stone-built detached cottage located in the peaceful Nidderdale village of Grewelthorpe near Ripon can sleep two people in one bedroom.
Ivy Cottage is a superb, stone-built detached cottage located in the peaceful Nidderdale village of Grewelthorpe near Ripon and can sleep two people in one double bedroom with en-suite wet room. There is a separate cloakroom. This all ground floor property contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for one car and a gravelled patio with furniture. With lovely countryside views from the rear and walks fro the door, Ivy Cottage is an ideal romantic retreat. Towels are not provided please bring own bath and hand towels. Note: There are three steps down to access the gravelled garden, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
Amenities: Electric storage heaters in bathroom and bedroom, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen included in rent, please bring own bath and hand towels. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed gravelled patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 3 miles.
