Beautiful air-conditioned 2-room maisonette for rent in a charming property near the coast and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
Recently renovated and completely repainted in 2017, with its American kitchen and its living room overlooking the private terrace and the swimming pool, with a view of the green hills of the Massif des Maures, this pretty semi-detached 2-room house, ideal for a couple, however equipped for 3 or 4 people, will not leave you indifferent. You will be the only tenants.
This beautiful private property, fully fenced, with private parking, is located 800 m from the peaceful and picturesque village of Plan de la Tour with all shops, close to the sea (9 km from Sainte-Maxime - 18 km from Saint- Tropez).
(NB: We accept only small dogs free of charge: Westie, Jack Russel terrier, Yorshire, bichon ...)

Beautiful house, very nice pool and lovely town

We have had a great stay with Anne and Thierry. Very close to the beaches of St. Tropez and Saint Maxime. House has everything you need for a perfect stay.

Nice apartment and environment!

It was a pleasure to meet Anne and Thierry. They were very kind and nice to us and served us well if we had questions. If not they were very quiet and did not want to disturb us as guests. They village is old and should be visited as it is a nice and small one with a very nice flair.

Très chouette endroit pour visiter la région Côte d'Azur

Propriétaires très attentifs et aux petits soins pour que l'on passe un bon séjour. Maisonnette très propre, super bien équipée tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Malgre une météo mi-figue, mi-raisin, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

Prachtige vakantie

We hadden een prachtige vakantie. Huisje was heel schoon en voldeed aan onze eisen. De eigenaren (Anne en Thierry) waren zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Uitzicht bij het huisje is adembenemend. De ligging is centraal om ook andere plaatsen te bezichtigen o.a. St. Tropez, Nice en Cannes. Folders in het huisje aanwezig voor bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Dit huisje is echt een aanrader.

Schitterende omgeving, prachtig groot zwembad, aardige eigenaren. Uit de advertentie is niet gebleken dat de eigenaren ernaast woonden. Bijzonder aardige en behulpzame mensen.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet es fehlt an nichts . Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Der Pool ist einfach super. Grundstück komplett eingezäunt was sehr zum Vorteil ist wenn man mit Hund reist. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich ,nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut .

Séjour parfait !

Anne et Thierry sont de parfaits hôtes. Très discrets et à la fois disponibles, chaque aspect du séjour à été pensé et rien ne manque. Intérieur en parfait état et récemment rénové, extérieur très bien entretenu, de magnifiques moments passés dans et autour de la piscine. Nous avons même eu le droit à de petites intentions bien venues : jouets de plage pour notre enfant de 4 ans et bouteille de rosé à l'arrivée pour les parents. Nous recommandons vivement !

Nous venons de passer une semaine chez Anne et Thierry au top... Un couple d'une enorme gentillesse et très chaleureux. La maisonnette est très agréable d'une propreté irréprochable,cuisine bien équipée ...il ne manque rien. L'extérieur est très agréable où l'on s'y sent très bien avec une piscine et une vue magnifique. Nous recommandons sans hésiter +++++++. Béa et Fabrice.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit wunderbarem Garten

Wir konnten zwei Wochen in diesem sehr hübschen Ferienhaus verbringen und haben es sehr genossen. Der grosse Garten mit Pool ist traumhaft entspannend, und komplett absperrbar, was für Reisen mit Hund sehr wichtig ist. Die Wohnung ist relativ klein, aber hervorragend ausgestattet, alles ist sehr sauber und funktioniert perfekt. Die Ausstattung verfügt über absolut alles was man sich wünschen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und geben sich alle Mühe, zurückhaltend zu sein und sind dennoch immer ansprechbar und ausserordentlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist die Lage direkt an der Hauptstrasse. Diese beeinträchtigt zwar in keinster Weise die Privatsphäre im Garten, da sie auf der Vorderseite des Hauses ist, kann aber doch relativ laut sein. Aber auch diese hielt uns nicht davon ab, uns im Garten wunderbar zu erholen. :) Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und sind sehr entspannt zurückgereist nach unseren Ferien!

Très bon séjour !

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cette maison pour 2 personnes avec piscine dans une région très agréable ! Les propriétaires demeurant dans la maison voisine ont été très très discrets, toujours disponibles et très sympathiques ! Le village de Plan de la Tour a quelques minutes en voiture et joignable à pied par un joli sentier pédestre est charmant et à voir absolument le jour du marché notamment. Nous sommes ravis d’avoir fait la connaissance de nos hôtes adorables qui nous ont accompagné et conseillé pour toutes nos activités sur place et nous garderons de très bon souvenirs de notre séjour dans la région !

Parfait !!

Excellent séjour chez Anne et Thierry. Très jolie maison hyper propre et très bien équipée avec une magnifique piscine . Propriétaires très sympathiques et aux petits soins pour nous…Très tolérants avec nos 2 petits chiens qui de ce fait ont passé de très bonnes vacances… Je recommande sans modération…

Très agréable et apaisant!

Nous revenons de deux semaines très agréables et apaisantes chez Anne et Thierry qui nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement dès notre arrivée. La maisonnette est spacieuse et très bien équipée. L'extérieur est magnifique et la vue sur les montagnes est tout simplement superbe, prendre ses repas avec cette vue est un petit bonheur. Le village du plan de la tour est très charmant et très bien situé puisqu'il est a proximité de plusieurs villes et villages à visiter (st tropez, sainte maxime, gassin ect). Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour qui nous a permis de revenir à Paris apaisés et reposés. Un grand merci à Anne et Thierry qui ont été très disponibles et attentionnés. Lina et Sami.

Magnifique découverte

Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux par Anne et Thierry comme si nous nous connaissions déjà. La maison est décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Les extérieurs avec la vue sont magnifiques. Anne et Thierry sont toujours dispo si besoin . Nous avons partagé 2 excellentes soirées en leur compagnie. Nous pouvons recommander cette location les yeux fermés et n'hésiterons pas à y revenir. Très agréable !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Thierry et Anne. Une première partie du séjour avec ma compagne puis nous ont rejoins deux amis. L'espace intérieur est parfait pour 2 personnes mais ce fût également agréable à 4 grace aux aménagements extérieurs. La piscine et les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et très agréables. Les photos correspondent exactement à la réalité. Thierry et Anne nous ont réservé un acceuil très chaleureux et sympathique. Discrets mais toujours présents lorsque l'on avait des questions ou besoin de conseils. Ayant sympathisé avec eux nous avons passé une très bonne soirée en leur compagnie. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette adresse pour son calme, sa tranquilité et la gentillesse de ses hôtes. Alice et Mathieu
