In the beautiful Betuwe, equipped with: Living room / bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds and a double bed, Wifi, 2 TVs, bathroom including hairdryer, toilet, fitness room, kitchen with dining table, 6 chairs and desk. Use of (infrared) sauna, solarium, balcony with seating and own private terrace included Total more than 120 m2. Seventh person at extra cost possible. Parking for free on the market square (300 meters). Near supermarket, snack bar, restaurants and theater. Final cleaning, bed linen and towels € 30, - cash, payable on arrival and a caution of € 150,- to be paid cash at arrival too. No pets. Energy surcharge from the 15th of October until the 1st of April. NO PARTIES! No DRUGS!

Vakantiehuis met een identiteitscrisis
Dit is een vakantiehuis met een identiteitscrisis. Want is het nu een fitnessruimte? Of een kantoor? Of een opslag van oude spullen? De inboedel is overcompleet, maar veel is oud en versleten. Het lijkt wel of het een sport is om zoveel mogelijk in het huis te proppen. De oplossing: de helft van het meubilair opruimen en de resterende spullen vernieuwen. Zo waren de pannen in de keuken allemaal gebutst en het servies een allegaartje en ouwe meuk. Dat laatste geldt eigenlijk voor de hele inboedel. En daarbij kwam dat er een muffe geur hing die de hele week aanwezig was, ondanks het vele luchten. Aan de pluskant: douche en toilet waren ok en de bedden sliepen goed. En Beusichem is een leuk dorp, dat zich prima leent als uitvalsbasis voor de Betuwe. Maar voor ons heeft dit huis niet aan de verwachtingen voldaan. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is niet in evenwicht.

Uitstekende lokatie
Goede gastheer, de woning was top met als favoriet de veranda. Supermarkt, terras en recreatiemeer op loopafstand. Aanrader voor zowel gezinnen als groepen tot 6 man!

Séjour agréable
Petite propriété sympathique. Des petits travaux de peinture pendant le séjour sur l'extérieur de la propriété...C'est dommage. Propriétaire sympathique et très agréable. Présent sans être envahissant et soucieux du bien être des ses occupants. Petite ville agréable et calme. Lieu idéalement situé pour aller a Amsterdam assez rapidement. Commerce à proximité.

Maison très agréable, accueil chaleureux de la part de René. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de rideaux occultants aux velux de l'étage (fin avril, il fait jour à 7 heures !!). Il faudrait rajouter des couverts (assiettes creuses et louche, égouttoir). Enlevez les appareils de sport qui ne fonctionnent pas ou bien ne pas mentionner sur l'annonce qu'il y a une salle de sport !. A part cela, très satisfait du propriétaire et de l'environnement.

Super séjour !
Très bonne adresse dans la Betuwe, à 5km de Culemborg, 20 minutes de la belle Utrecht en train, et liaison facile pour Amsterdam.On se sent très bien dans cette maison, tout est prévu, tout confort, dans quartier résidentiel très calme.Nous avons pu découvrir les alentours avec la rivière Lek et ses digues, ses vergers, très belles habitations et ambiance conviviale .

Rustig gelegen en veel ruimte
We hebben het verblijf gehuurd naar aanleiding van ons jaarlijkse bezoek aan Appelpop. Het huisje was zeer compleet uitgerust, inclusief sauna, zonnebank en sporttoestellen en was op een rustige locatie gelegen. De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk en na overleg mochten we zondag een paar uur later vertrekken. We hebben erg van het weekend genoten. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Ein klasse Vermieter und eine Super Location!
Wir waren (leider) nur 2 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft untergebracht. Es hätten auch gerne mehr sein können! Der Preis ist super, der Vermieter einfach ein klasse Kerl und das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und, mir fällt kein anderes Wort ein - sehr interessant! Saune im Schlafzimmer? Sieht man nicht alle Tage! Wir werden uns das Domizil merken und ggf. nächstes Jahr wieder hier einkehren!
