Le Prioura is a beautifully situated country house, with a main house and a separate guest house with a total of 10-12 beds and four bathrooms. It is located on a plot of six acres with stunning views of Mont Ventoux, it has a landscaped garden, a large swimming pool (6 × 12 meters), a pool house and several terraces. The house is at the end of a private drive at the foot of the Luberon nature reserve. 3 km away is the picturesque village Menebes, with shops and restaurants. Marseille airport is within an hour, as hetTGV- Avignon train station.

The main house comprises:

Emplacement parfait

Les maisons et le terrain sont grands et globalement agréables, la piscine très bien. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le Lubéron, c'est très calme. Il y a cependant trop de détails qui dévalorisent le domaine et font que le séjour est décevant. Par exemple la propriétaire avait oublié de prévenir la personne qui fait les accueils, l'électroménager bas de gamme fonctionne très mal (réfrigérateurs et lave-vaisselle). Pour le prix, on est en droit d'exiger des prestations de qualité. L'absence de climatisation par exemple est pénible.

Paradijsje

We verbleven een week in deze heerlijke villa met onze volwassen kinderen. De ligging is prachtig : erg rustig , alleen op de wereld . Een groot zwembad met poolhouse, helemaal voor ons alleen , erg netjes. Vrolijke tuin , vlinders inbegrepen, en boomgaard. 5 ruime slaapkamers, 4 comfortabele badkamers. Goed uitgeruste keuken , met alles wat je nodig hebt om voor 10 personen te koken en te tafelen . Je kan, ngl de stand van de zon, kiezen uit 3 plekken/tafels om samen te eten. Mooie leefkamer , maar we hebben gelukkig niet binnen geleefd. Hartelijke ontvangst en rondleiding door een Franse huisverantwoordelijke . Leuk dorpje en vele gezellige dorpjes in de buurt om te bezoeken. Enig minpuntje : de matrassen in de kleinste kamers zijn niet comfortabel voor volwassenen , zijn waarschijnlijk voor kinderen bedoeld. En geen goede wifi. Maar al bij al een fantastische vakantiebestemming!

Wunderschönes großes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Tolles Ferienhaus mit 5 Schlafzimmern, so dass tatsächlich 10 Personen übernachten können. Die Lage ist phänomenal am Nordrand des Luberon, sehr ruhig, mit (Fahrrad-)Wanderwegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vom Frühstückstisch vor dem Haus geht der Blick aus den Mont Ventoux. Ménerbes ist 5 Minuten, Coustellet 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch Sylvette war sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ein großartiger Urlaub.

Magnifique villa perdue au bout d un chemin. Calme absolu, parfais pour le repos et les petits moments entre amis. Proche de beaux villages perchés. Très bon accueil et communication facile avec des propriétaires soucieux de notre bien être.

Tolle Lage direkt am Wald mit viel Platz innen und außen

Sehr schöne Alleinlage am Ende eines kleinen Tals mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Mont Ventoux und kurzen Wegen zu den bekannten Dörfern des Luberon. 2 miteinander durch einen überdachten Sitzplatz verbundene Häuser; ideal für unsere Familie ( Großeltern und Familie mit 3 Kindern). Diverse schattige (wichtig bei der vorherrschenden Hitze) Sitzplätze, schöner Pool, der ausgiebig genutzt wurde. Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern klappt sehr gut; auf Nachfragen wurde sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert. Poolservice und Gärtner waren 2x pro Woche vor Ort. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen; einziges Manko: die Sitzgelegenheiten draussen müßten bei Gelegenheit aufgefrischt/erneuert werden.

Second second séjour dans cette très agréable propriété au calme, nichée au pied du Luberon. Petit souci de piscine, vraisemblablement dû aux conditions météorologiques difficiles, qui a permis d'apprécier le contact avec les propriétaires qui ont fait leur possible pour résoudre, à distance, le problème. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Ruhe und Erholung in herrlicher Natur

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Anwesen ist grossartig und geräumig und liegt eigentlich in einem privaten kleinen Tal, eingebettet in Wald und Feld. Absolute Ruhe, Frühstück draussen unter Zedern mit herrlichem Ausblick auf den Mont Ventoux, Erholung pur am grossen Pool, Apéro und eine Runde Boule bei Sonnenuntergang - was will man mehr! Das Haus ist perfekt mit viel Stauraum für alles, die Schlafzimmer sind grosszügig und luftig hoch, Badezimmer ok und Küche mit grossem Extrakühlschrank ebenso. Das Gästehaus ist charmant - unser Freunde haben es genossen. Auch bei Regen kein Problem, denn es hat einen gedeckten Sitzplatz mit grossem Esstisch - von hier Blick auf den Hof und über die Olivenbäume hinüber zum Waldrand. Wir kommen wieder!

Calme, paisible, plaisant !

Très beau séjour dans cette maison que l'on sent avoir une âme, être habitée aussi par les propriétaires et pas seulement un lieu de location. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'endroit, la vaste propriété, l'absence de voisins, le cachet provençal de la maison et de son annexe. L'endroit est parfait pour deux familles, très bien équipé avec de la vaisselle en suffisance et des ingrédients de base pour la cuisine. Le contact avec les propriétaires est très bon et des solutions ont été trouvées avec élégance par ceux-ci lorsqu'il y avait un petit problème. La piscine est agréable, même si nous aurions apprécié un peu plus de zones d'ombre à proximité vu la chaleur caniculaire que nous avons connue. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Trois semaines de bonheur

C'est avec grand regret que nous avons du quitter ce merveilleux lieu de villégiature au terme d'un séjour idyllique de 3 semaines. À l'abri du mistral, au calme sans être isolé, ce mas jouit d'une superbe vue sur le Mont Ventoux et Gordes. Sa situation au pied du petit Luberon permet de faire de belles randonnées ou de visiter les beaux villages aux alentours comme Ménerbes, Lacoste, Bonnieux et Goult. D'une propreté impeccable et très bien équipées, ces deux maisons offrent la possibilité de vivre collectivement, quelques soient les conditions climatiques. La piscine à l'écart est très agréable. Voilà une location dans laquelle nous aurons plaisir à revenir un jour.

Koel en comfortabel in de zomer

Rustig gelegen, mooi uitzicht op de Mont Ventoux, groot zwembad, veel ruimte om het huis voor voetballen, jeu de boule, pingpingtafel aanwezig. Veel terrasmogelijkheden en zitjes in zon of schaduw, dichtbij aantrekkelijke dorpen en markten, zoals Menerbes, Gordes, Bonnieux en Roussillon. Binnen een uur in Avignon, Aix,Marseille ,St.Remy en Aix. Wandelmogelijkheden in de montagne du Luberon . Goede restaurants in de buurt, kortom, wij hebben genoten..

Un havre de paix !

Très belle et agréable maison située au bout d'un chemin. Tranquillité garantie et sans aucun voisin. Plusieurs terrasses couvertes et découverte dont une avec une magnifique vue le mont Ventoux. Au pied du village de Ménerbes, la maison est très proche de tous les autres jolis villages (Lacoste, Bonnieux, Opède, ...). Beaucoup d'espace pour jouer tout autour de la maison et une piscine protégée en contre bas de la maison avec son salon abrité du soleil. Cette maison avec ces 2 bâtiments est idéale pour 2 familles.
