This one bedroom apartment is particularly spacious and has all the space of a well built two bedroom apartment except for the second small bedroom which is now used as a private lock up. It has the advantage of being on the ground floor, is secure & very accessible, also quiet as does not have a pool. It would be very suitable & safe for young baby/toddler and has the convenience of a second toilet.The building is very quiet. Recommended
