You want to create & share special memories with those closest to you. This is the place! Pelican point is private, set on a pristine & secluded beach between the sea & the lagoon. Our home is on the first level, so no hiking to get here. Enjoy sunsets on the daily with this condo that faces Santa Cruz. The bedrooms both offer comfortable king beds!

This isn't your rough beach bungalow - we've designed it to be truly a remarkable getaway. If you need to keep in touch, there's a desk for your laptop or tablet, and new Private wifi service is included free. Once you're here, though, we'll bet that the ocean air calls you to explore our special sea life!

This is a recently remodeled home, and you'll enjoy a truly luxurious stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, blender, granite counter tops, new cabinets & more. Enjoy our breakfast bar with new chairs, or a window seat watching the sea birds. You're footsteps away from a gorgeous beach walk - many of our guests have sited whales, dolphins & pelicans!

Enjoy a movie on our living room flat screen TV, or set the bedroom televisions up with different programs. Two of them have DVD players. Borrow free movies at our lobby store when you check in! We also have a cd player so you can set the musical mood. We also provide 2 hair dryers, so no need to pack them! You'll also have the convenience of an in home washer & dryer for your sandy towels!

If you're looking for a serene oasis where you can watch the sunset over the Monterey Bay; and be in a beautiful home, this is for you. Don't forget that just down the road, you can visit terrific fresh seafood restaurants at Moss Landing; kayak out & find sea otters enjoying the Elkhorn Slough; dine & shop in nearby Monterey - or if you have a wanderlust, visit Big Sur! Everything is close by, and yet you will feel that you're a world away. Enjoy tennis? There are many great courts here! Basketball, beach volleyball set ups, wonderful walking trails, and of course, the most stunning & quiet beach on the Monterrey bay.

Our property managers at Pajaro Dunes Resort will help with anything you might need to further enjoy your stay. Our lobby store has many items for purchase to take a little piece of the Pajaro Dunes with you. Maid service is also available upon request. We hope to welcome you to our home away from home. Please note that all BBQ's in the Pelican condos have been removed due to HOA policy.

Wonderful Stay! A True Gem!

This is such a beautiful place to be. The accommodations were perfect and just the right size for four adults and two children and the proximity to the beach was the very best part. The weather in Watsonville is really great not the foggy cold like Monterey and the temperature of the water at the beach was not too cold. It was just right. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Little Getaway

Everything about this condo was great. From the couches that have reclining chairs in every corner to the short walk to the beach. It has everything you might need in the kitchen. It was clean and cozy.

Quiet Retreat

If you are looking for a quiet retreat by the ocean this is your spot. The place was clean, kitchen was well stocked and furniture was very comfortable. It is at the far end of the property so be prepared to drive a bit to get in. There are also a few stairs to get to the door, but otherwise on one level. The resort staff was very friendly and after figuring out the various gates and how to get in and out of the property everything worked great. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing place!

Pelican 1 was perfect! We felt right at home and wished we had more time there. Since we were there for a softball tournament, we didn’t get to enjoy the home as much as we wanted to, so we will definitely be back. The view is beautiful, the walk to the beach is mere steps away and the sunsets are stunning. Highly recommend this place!

Pelican one is really nice

Pelican one is roomy, comfy and clean. It’s well stocked, modern and has above average WiFi which the kids truly appreciated. One of the better rentals in Pajaro.

Beautiful property!!!

Fourth of July weekend with family. The beds are extremely comfortable, actually trying to contact own to get make and model. Best sleep we have ever had on vacation. Unit was stocked accordingly and just a few steps from the beach. We will definitely stay again, very satisfied.

Clean condo and well stocked kitchen. Only suggestion would be to offer shower supplies. In this time of restricted volume on flights, having shower supplies would be a nice addition.

Pajaro weekend

We had a great weekend. The only thing really missing was a dustpan because when I wanted to sweep up anything I had to improvise with a piece of paper :(. A few more bath towels would have been nice, but it was a very nice condo and I really liked that it was an end unit with neighbors only on one side. It was very quiet :)

Great beach condo for our family of four!

Clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our family. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was quite large enough and the kitchen was great for cooking the meals we needed. Even though the condo didn’t face the beach it was a minute or two walk to it , and there was a dune in front of the bottom floor condos anyway. There were so many things the complex had that we were impressed with, one big one was the security for the entire complex. Then they would set up a bonfire on the beach it was a great for s’mores. Not being from California I wasn’t sure about the area, but after being there it was perfectly located for site seeing south of San Francisco. We would stay there again.
