Luxury 4 bed 4 bath villa with large private pool and spa

Relax in the luxury of your own private villa, sunbathe by the pool or dine al fresco in the cool shade of the poolside lanai. The pool is a larger than standard model, with a child safety fence (which is removable by adults if required), and has a large deck, spa and shaded lanai area. The lanai has a large patio dining table, ideal for breakfast by the pool, and there are seats and loungers to soak up the Florida sunshine. All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed. The villa lounge comprises of a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix and Youtube, etc. with free internet wireless access, three leather sofa's providing plenty of room for everyone to relax in comfort. The dining table seats 8, the kitchen nook has seating for 4 and additional seating for 4 is available at the kitchen counter. Each bedroom (King, Queen and two twins) has ensuite bathrooms and showers, flat screen TV's. We also provide - bathroom towels, pool / beach towels, hair dryers in each bathroom, pack-n-play, buggy and high chair, bedrails for smaller children if required, full laundry facilities and ironing board. The games room has a Wii games console with games, pool table, foosball table and a full size table tennis table. The villa is in the secure, gated 5 star Windsor Hills resort, which provides facilities such as community swimming pool, gymnasium, cinema and shop / bar / cafe. Windsor hills is only 2 to 4 miles from all the Disney parks, and is the nearest vacation rental resort to Disney's main entrance.

Amazing

We just stayed at this property over Christmas. It was everything we expected and more. Our family loved the pool! We were able to enjoy watching the space shuttle being launched from the spa!

Lovely villa

When we first walked in we were pleasantly surprised as the villa seemed a lot more modern, brighter and bigger than the pictures led us to believe. All appliances worked and there were ample cooking utensils etc. The pool was lovely with perfect places to sit in the sun or shade. Communication with the owner prior to arrival with all the information we needed to know was perfect and made us feel very confident with the booking and accessing Windsor Hills. We had to contact the management whilst we were there due to a smoke detector (battery fault) and this was dealt with very quickly. Windsor Hills is a friendly gated community where we felt secure and relaxed, we wouldn’t hesitate to go back (and stay in this villa).

Kissimmee Trip

This house was fantastic! Everything was as advertised, and the house was even bigger than we thought. The host was easy to communicate with and the check in and checkout process was a breeze. House was very clean and the pool was perfect for the kids. We could not believe how close to Disney we were, a 15 min drive to Magic Kingdom, and a 10 minute drive to Animal Kingdom. Our kids loved the pool and water slides here in the community pool almost as much as Disney. The game room with ping pong, billiards, foosball, and video games were an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable Stay

Lovely villa. Heated pool was FABULOUS! Only hiccup was it wasn’t heated upon our arrival as promised, but management deducted one day pool heat fee for us. Very prompt in addressing that as well. Only negative: lack of ceiling fans in bedrooms. Thank you! We loved the location (it can’t be beat unless staying on Disney property) Very enjoyable two weeks!

Great house in gated community, perfect for Disney/Univeral Studios visitors

We were very happy to stay in the house. It was exactly as listed and the other reviews were spot on. The communication from management was easy to follow and timely. We enjoyed the pool and were glad that we paid for the heated option. Checking into and out of the community was a breeze and the neighborhood is great for morning or evening walks. There are plenty of shops in the area in case you forgot something, and it is an easy drive to Disney, Universal, and other Orlando attractions. We would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Spot

The location was great - close to highways, groceries, restaurants and gas stations. The house was clean and had everything needed and more! The game room was a nice option but mostly the pool and hot tub was favored. We opted to get it heated and I’m so glad! The community pool and slides and club house was also a great option! We could’ve walked but the short drive was easy enough! The area was great - clean, friendly staff and music on the weekends. The clubhouse’s store had the essentials saving a trip to Walmart. I won’t be going to Orlando again but I would certainly recommend this house/owners/location to anyone!!

Everything was wonderful!

From the beginning to the end , our stay was fabulous. Barry and Kate’s home was all that was described and even more. The ease of living this home provided was perfect . The spa and pool were amazing. The game room was also a highlight , very much enjoyed as evening entertainment. We started a puzzle that we found in the game room that kept us busy until the time if departure! We highly recommend this lovely home to all!

Great property and location

We were a group of 8 people - 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 5 to 13) - and stayed for 7 nights at this property. We had a great time and would love to come back again. The property is very well furnished and maintained like new. It is inside a gated community so it was very safe. The pool was the best part of the stay - the heating was very good and the kids had a lot of fun. The garage had a full size ping pong table and foos ball table that we were able to use when not at the parks. The Nintendo Wii in the garage was not working but we did not have much time for it anyway. The kitchen has all the appliances we needed plus some tupperware that we were able to use to take food into the parks. Magic Kingdom and Hollywood studios are just 15 mins away. There is a Walmart and gas station just 5 mins away from the property that was very convenient for us to get groceries and fill up at the beginning of the day. There are many restaurants near the Walmart as well. The property owners were very responsive all through the trip and also accommodated my request for early checkin and late checkout. Though we didn't need to use them, it was nice to see they had extra car seats and strollers available for use - every little thing was thought for carefully. I would recommend future guests to keep aside a couple of days to just enjoy the property, the pool and the clubhouse inside the community. Thanks for making this a wonderful trip for my family.

Great stay in Kissimmee

Great experience staying at Barry and Kate’s property in Kissimmee. House was well stocked and is great for a large family or group of people. Pool temp was really warm (additional charge) and would recommend to anyone staying in cooler months.

Stay of a Litetime!

Loved everything about the property - it was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool while the adults especially liked the hot tub after long days out. The Windsor Hills resort has fabulous shared amenities to include water slides and a snack area. Shopping is only a few minutes away and the Disney World parks about a 15 minute drive. The owners were easy to work with and very attentive throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone staying in the Kissimmee area!

Villa beautifully presented and clean in gated community minutes from Disney World. Couldn't have picked a better location to nearby restaurants, supermarkets and Disney World. We live in Scotland and we loved Florida so much we decided to buy a vacation home here.
The villa is not only a business, but is primarily our own family vacation home, and is visited by us at least once per year, which allows us to update and refurbish the property on a regular basis.

Why they chose this property

The villa is centrally located, a 5 minute walk from the clubhouse, and we have two kids playgrounds within minutes from the villa. We have a large open area behind our pool deck, and the villa is modern, fully air conditioned and equipped with everything needed for a family vacation, and we have many families who return to us year after year.

Access to the villa will be by front door key pad code number, so there is no need to visit a management office to pick up and drop off keys.
Management and property maintenance are 24 / 7, with contact details in the guest welcome folder in the lounge.
