The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals, while the living room features a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a comfortable double sofa bed. From here, guests can access a splendid private terrace, ideal for relaxing with a coffee while admiring the lake and the lively atmosphere of the square below. The sleeping area is designed for maximum comfort and includes two air-conditioned bedrooms. The first has a double bed, while the second features a French bed. We do not use security boxes for key collection, avoiding unnecessary travel. A week before arrival, a dedicated concierge, available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese, will be available to answer any questions about the apartment and surroundings. Upon arrival, guests will be personally welcomed and escorted to the apartment, with assistance available throughout their stay. At departure, the concierge will be present for a final farewell and to ensure the experience has been perfect.
