There is a large sitting hall upstairs for entertaining. 32'x25'. 72" TV. There is a living room, dining room, laundry, kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and a garage.
Gazebo on roof for unparalleled 360 degree views of the ocean. Public beach five minutes walk from the house.
