Our beautiful home in the mountains which backs up to National Forest with hiking trails right out the front door. Total drop dead views of the whole ski area from virtually every room, and views of the town of Breckenridge. 1 king, 1 queen and 3 double beds. Multiple decks and a 54 stone step walk, up to a beautiful stone patio with firepit overlooking the house (summer). Star gaze at night from the hot tub on the front deck while watching groomers groom the ski slopes.
IT IS .6 MILE DOWNHILL TO THE NEAREST BUS STOP. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR WALKING IN THE WINTER. WE ARE NOT SKI IN SKI OUT. WE HAVE UBER & LYFT in town.

The dining room table seats 6 plus an adjacent island that seats 2. Deck with hot tub and half bath off the living room. Dining chairs are upholstered Old Hickory and are very comfortable and can be used as casual chairs.
Our gourmet kitchen includes every kitchen appliance you'll need with an extensive spice collection. Gas grill just outside on the COVERED kitchen deck.

The Master Bedroom suite has a king size bed, two dressers, a flat screen TV, walk in closet, ceiling fan and bathroom with a Kohler trough sink/2 faucets and a large walk in tiled shower. Gaze at the mountain while taking a shower. Wall mounted hair dryer.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, flat screen TV, one dresser, a large closet and bathroom. Kohler vessel sink and a tub/shower combination. Wall mounted hair dryer.
Bedroom #3 has two double beds, dresser, closet . Smart flat screen TV.
Office/bedroom #4 has a double sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. 1/2 bath

A 4WHEEL OR ALL WHEEL DRIVE is necessary for WINTER driving in the mountains and especially for our road & driveway. COLORADO STATE LAW REQUIRES either chains, snow tires, 4WD or AWD for driving on 1-70 in the winter. OUR private road is paved.
NIGHTLY/WEEKLY RENTAL FEE INCLUDES: trash removal ($72), hot tub maintenance ($50), snow plowing, cleaning fee ($250), Summit County & Breckenridge short term rental fee and credit card fee.
Our private road was paved last summer so there are no more ruts.
NOT INCLUDED: VRBO guest (host) service fee, state, county & local taxes, (6.3800%) AND required damage fee ($59). VRBO WILL LIST DETAILS
