Ci siamo trovati molto bene. L' appartamento è piccolo ma con tutte le comodità. Praticamente in centro e vicino alle spiagge ma in zona tranquilla. La proprietaria molto gentile ed accogliente.

Le contact, et l'accueil dès notre arrivée, a été très satsfaisant. Quant au studio situé en centre ville, propre, bien équipé, et à l'écart de tout bruit intérieur comme extérieur. En résumé, nous avons été enchanté.

Mme. Pellini ist eine sehr herzliche und freundliche Frau; unkompliziert. Das Studio ist zwar klein, aber alles Wichtige ist vorhanden. Uns Allen hat es sehr gut gefallen, denn der Strand und die Fußgängerzone sind nur wenige Meter weg. Ruhige Lage, umgeben von schöner Vegetation. Jeder Zeit wieder!!!

Séjour merveilleux lors de la fete des citrons à Mentom

Location très bien située ,à dix minutes à peine à pied des commerces,du centre et du lieu de la fete des citrons, places de parking gratuites à proximité. Appartement bien équipé au rez de chaussé,sans vis à vis,aucun passage devant la fenetre. Dans une résidence très calme Propriétaire très accueillante et disponible. Voiture à utiliser que pour visiter la région .

Posizione ottima, casa accogliente

È stato un soggiorno piacevole. L'appartamento è situato nel centro di Menton, 3 minuti dalla spiaggia e dalla via principale con negozi e market. La casa è piccola, ma ha tutto il necessario ed è accogliente. Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 adulti ed un bambino. Menton è un bellissimo paesino, tranquillo, sicuro e davvero incantevole. Fernanda è una donna molto gentile e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a menton sicuramente prenderei ancora questa casa.

Très bien

Petit studio idéalement situé en plein centre : tout peut se faire à pied ( rues commerçantes,visites de la vieille ville,promenade sur le bord de mer ...) - on a garé la voiture à proximité sur un parking gratuit durant tout notre séjour pour la Fête des Citrons et nous avons pris le train ( 10 mn à pied de la gare ) pour profiter du carnaval de Nice. Très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire très aimable : studio bien aménagé propre et dans une residence très calme : pour 2 c est l idéal - je n' hésiterais pas à y retourner car rapport qualité / prix imbattable

Emplacement du studio parfait

Très bien accueillis par Mme Pellini que nous avons trouvée arrangeante. Le studio est sombre, petit, mais il n'y a aucun passage devant la fenêtre et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le studio est en ville, super bien situé, proche de tout, commerces, mer ... et au calme dans une belle résidence. Pas besoin de voiture, à 10-15 minutes de la gare à pied.Nous avons passé une fête des citrons très agréable. C'était festif, très joyeux. Murielle et Maxime

tres bonne situation géographique

Petit studio très propre à 15mn à pied de la gare de Menton et 10 mn de la gare routière . proche mer et commerce bref bien situé ! Résidence très calme et propriétaire sympathique .concernant le studio on peut coucher à trois mais franchement à deux c'est suffisant car on est vite encombré ! à préciser ce sont des lits de une personne . pensez à prendre des chaussures de plages car à Menton il n'y a pas de sable !!!! Pour une bonne pizza ou un bon risotto vous pouvez allez au Vulcano pensez à réserver car il y a toujours beaucoup de monde c'est bon signe ! La rue piétonne n'est pas loin pour boutiquier !

If you are planning to visit a lot of places on the Cote d'Azur, this studio will suit you perfectly. Getting to Monaco, Nice, or visit the Italian town of San Remo. All within 40-50 minutes travel. The studio is small but quite cozy. That affected the price. Cheaper than some similar proposals. Ideal for couples. In the studio, you will find all the appliances needed for cooking, washing and cleaning. There is internet and TV. However, we haven't much time for them. Fan, in case it's hot. In the apartment you will find all the necessary tourist information. Pamphlets available with the timetable of trains and buses, as well as information about the main tourist areas, which are "must see" for everyone who comes to the Cote d'Azur. The friendly neighbors. It was always quiet. A minute walk from the studio to the grocery store, three minutes to the sea. Near to the casino and to the Old Town. Souvenir shops and restaurants. Your perfect holiday begins with the successful choice of place of residence. This place - is what you need! Если вы планируете посетить много мест на Лазурном Берегу, то эта студия идеально вам подойдёт. Добраться до Монако, Ниццы или посетить итальянский город Сан-Ремо. Всё в пределах 40-50 минут путешествия. Студия небольшая, но вполне уютная. Что сказалось и на цене. Дешевле чем некоторые аналогичные предложения. Идеальная для семейной пары. В студии вы найдёте все бытовые приборы, нужные для приготовления пищи, стирки и уборки. Есть интернет и телевидение. Правда, у нас на них особо не было времени. Вентилятор, на случай, если вам будет жарко. В апартаментах вы найдёте всю нужную вам туристическую информацию, в наличии брошюрки с расписанием поездов и автобусов, а также информация о главных туристических местах, которые должен посетить каждый, кто приезжает на Лазурный Берег . Приветливые соседи. Никогда не было шумно. Минута пешком до продуктового магазина, три минуты до моря. Рядом казино и старый город. Сувенирные магазинчики и рестораны. Ваш отличный отдых начинается с успешного выбора места проживания. Это место – то, что вам надо!

i recommend this studio for its excelent location.close to shops seafront eating places and all this lovely town has to offer.its in a nice quiet area.ideal for a couple.it is very clean.10 minute walk to the train staton for access to the many places on the cote d azur. hope to return next year.

studio très bien situé au coeur de Menton.

Appartement comportant tout pour un séjour sans souci. Draps, serviettes de toilette, etc... tout est fourni et très propre. A deux pas des rues piétonnes, de la plage, des restaurants. Nous avons pris le bus pour aller à Ste-Agnès, et pour revenir d'une promenade le long du littoral, si l'on veut, pas besoin de voiture. Propriétaire discrète et très sympathique.

studio bien équipé mais sombre

Studio bien situé dans menton. De nombreux rangements mais trop hauts pour nous qui sommes petites; il faudrait un petit marchepieds. Agencement bien étudié dommage que ce soit sombre,il faut tout le temps la lumière, et les enfants viennent s assoir sur la petite marche devant la fenêtre difficile de la laisser ouverte. Nous avons découvert une belle région. Encore merci a la personne qui nous a accueilli a la gare de menton et qui nous a reconduit à la gare.

Studio bien situe pour "La fete du citron"!

Le studio etait tres propre et bien equipe, a quelques minutes du centre (supermarches, restos, magasins). La proximite de la gare routiere nous a permis de visiter Nice ("Bataille des fleurs"), des villages (eg Castellar, Sospel) et meme Ventimiglia en Italie le vendredi (jour de marche). On a beaucoup apprecie "La fete du citron", et on etait contents de pouvoir trouver une location pas trop chere. C'est notre deuxieme visite a Menton, et si nous revenions, nous choisirions ce studio. Merci!

Giudizio generale

Noi eravamo in tre, quindi l'appartamento è risultato troppo piccolo, comunque è comodo e dotato di buoni accessori. Certo manca un po' di luminosità
