Nice and modern property with private terrace very close to the beach. FREE WIFI

Idyllic property 3 minutes walk from the beach, with a long terrace where you can enjoy the sun throughout the day.

The property has a living room with its bright kitchen, down stairs you can access the main room. It has a very nice and very well equipped bathroom.

In general the property is very well equipped since during your stay you can have free Internet access (Wi-Fi), satellite television (international channels), free private parking, bath towels, beach and bed linen.

We think it is the perfect property to spend a couple's holiday (we also have equipment for a baby). The advantage of this property is that it is very central with supermarkets and shops a few minutes away, but at the same time it is in a very quiet street and nothing noisy. The bus and taxi stop is 2 minutes away.

About Sóller and the Port of Sóller ..

We are talking about the most famous sites on the whole island, where it offers its natural beauty starting with its incredible beaches to its impressive routes through the Sierra de Tramontana (declared World Heritage by UNESCO). You can make many excursions with boats connecting to virgin beaches (1 hour by boat from the port of Sóller) and you can also take a train or tram ride connecting Puerto de Soller - Sóller, Sóller - Palma. You can also enjoy their markets in the port (Thursday morning) and in Sóller (Saturday morning) where they offer local products, handicrafts and much more ....

Very happy

An easy,short walk to shops, beaches and harbour on an unassuming and quiet residential street. The courtyard is pleasant though not completely private. I would recommend to friends.

Great place for a couple

Perfect for a holiday for two in Port de Soller. Has all the facilities you need, and a pleasant patio. Close to local restaurants, shops, beaches and all facilities, including the fun tram to Soller. One word of warning: DON'T use their recommended taxi transfer service for Palma Airport. We did - and it didn't turn up. Fortunately, the local Port de Soller taxi company responded to our urgent call for help and ensured we caught our flight.

Spacious property with great outdoor space near amenities

We loved Port de Soller and the surrounding area, the chalet was in a perfect location for walking into town/marina/beach (5 mins) or to the bus stop to go farther afield (5 mins). Buses were clean and very easy to use. Welcome from the host was outstanding. The chalet was very spacious for 2 people and we had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable and the shady garden was a real bonus. Beds very comfy and good shower in the bathroom. Everything we needed in the kitchen and even a barbeque outside if required! It's a residential area and as such there was residential noise, mostly from dogs - but clearly this is not the owner's fault! We loved it and we would recommend this rental company.

Schönes Apartment

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Tolle Lage, Strand, Promenade, Geschäfte und Restaurants ganz nah. Schönes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht, sehr netter Service. Nur allzu groß sollte man nicht sein, die Decke ist ziemlich niedrig.

Topp trotz Hundegebells

Die FeWo ist für 2 Pers. sehr gut eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Sauberkeit = tippitoppi! Die Fotos zeigen 2 Liegen, die auf der Terrasse stehen. Die haben wir nicht vorgefunden, wären uns aber bestimmt zur Verfügung gestellt worden, wenn wir Mar, die Eigentümerin, danach gefragt hätten. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war immer sehr hilfreich. Die Liegen hätten allerdings auch sehr viel Platz eingenommen, so dass wir sie nicht vermisst haben. Bei der Ausstattung ist „Parkplatz“ erwähnt. Wir hatten dies so interpretiert, dass ein fest zugeordneter Platz zur Unterkunft gehört. Es gibt auf der ganzen Straße freie Plätze, allerdings ist hier freie Wahl. Gerade am Wochenende, wenn die Einheimischen nicht zur Arbeit müssen, kann es sein, dass man einen weiter entfernten Platz bekommt. Auch sollte man wissen, dass der Wohn-/Essbereich sowie das Badezimmer nur eine Deckenhöhe von ca. 2 m hat. Also nichts für große Menschen 😉 Der Schlafbereich, der über ein paar Stufen nach unten zu erreichen ist, hat eine normale Deckenhöhe. In eine der vorherigen Bewertungen werden Katzen erwähnt. Ja, es kommen Katzen auf die Terrasse. Diese liegen aber schlafend unter einem Strauch oder Baum, sie betteln nicht + sind sehr zurückhaltend. Was man aber unbedingt wissen muss: Es gibt sehr viele Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die ab ca. 6:30 h für den Rest des Tages immer wieder bellen, wenn jemand vorbeigeht (Hundebesitzer mit Hunden beim Gassigehen). Das kann mitunter sehr anhaltend + ruhestörend sein.

Parfaite petite location

Appartement très propre, très bien équipé, confortable, plein de petites attention d’arrivée, l’extérieur (terrasse) est fabuleux. Très bien situé à 3-4mns du port et proche des commerces. Très calme et pas de souci de parking dans la rue. La gentillesse et les bons conseils de Paul pour nous accueillir ont participé à la qualité du lieu. Une très sympathique petite maison !

Schöne Wohnung mit eigenem Garten in ruhiger Umgebung und guter Lage

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, ideal für 2 Personen, schöner Aussenbereich mit Liegen und Grill, sehr kurze Wege ins Zentrum und zu Geschäften, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Bei Ankunft stand frisches Obst und Wasser bereit! Problemlose Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe bzw. Abgabe. Ideal wäre eine Spülmaschine gewesen, dafür war ein geräumiger Kühlschrank sowie ein separater Gefrierschrank vorhanden. Es gibt dort sehr viele Katzen im Garten, was man wissen sollte.

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral in der Nähe des Hafens gelegen, wo man zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet. Ein Parkplatz war unmittelbar vor dem Haus immer zu finden. Das Objekt ist nicht sehr groß aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man für 2 Personen benötigt und im Winter ist es daher auch mittels der vorhandenen Klimaanlage/Heizung gut temperierbar. Das Schlafzimmer ist aber im Winter etwas kühl. Die Kommunikation mit der Objektmanagerin Mar war hervorragend. Sie war über mail oder Telefon stets erreichbar. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir auch reichlich Obst, Getränke, Brot und etwas zum Naschen vor. Wir können das Haus sehr weiter empfehlen.

Couldn't have been better

Very nice and very clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to the ocean and many good restaurants. Proper kitchen (the full basket of fruits was a nice treat!), spotless new bathroom. Heater and blankets were much appreciated for the colder evenings in November.

Ferienwohnung in Port de Soller

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist genial. Nur 2 min. zum Einkaufen und zum Strand. Für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Schöne neuwertige Küche. Eine Matratze etwas durchgelegen aber sonst waren sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Urlaub von 14 Tagen genießen können.

Perfekter Aufenthalt über die Feiertage

Das Apartment ist klein aber wirklich fein! Wir verbrachten zu zweit 12 Tage über Weihnachten und Neujahr dort. Es war sehr ruhig (bis auf das morgendliche Hundegebell ab ca. 08.30-9.00 Uhr in der Nachbarschaft) und gemütlich, so wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Der kleine umzäunte Hof mit den wunderbaren Pflanzen und Bäumen ist idyllisch. Vor dem Anwesen war immer ein Parkplatz zu kriegen. Von hier aus haben wir viele Tagestouren unternommen. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Port Soller stay - October 2019

On arrival we were greeted by the property manager who showed us around. The property appeared to be clean and well resourced, with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. However, as the week went on, it was apparent that the apartment suffered due to lack of ventilation. Things started to become damp and mould started to appear on the walls of the bathroom. It was cold outside (not in the property) on an evening and this probably resulted in condensation and dampness inside. This may not be the case in warmer months.

Top Lage und super Gastgeberin

Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und Supermarkt, aber dennoch ruhig und idyllisch. Unsere Gastgeberin war super nett und hat auch sehr gute Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben. Das Apartment ist hervorragend für 2 Personen geeignet. Wer es braucht, hat sogar eine reichliche Auswahl an deutschen TV Programmen über SAT. Wir kommen wieder!

Perfect hideaway close to port

This is a beautiful property in a perfect situation - quiet, private and pretty, but just 5 minutes walk from the center. Very well equipped and very comfortable, with every amenity you could possibly need. We loved the garden and all the gorgeous plants, and would highly recommend the property

Perfect

Lovely little apartment which was spotlessly clean and homely. It has everything needed for a stay in beautiful Port de Sóller. The property is extremely well equipped and comfortable with lovely touches. Only 5 minutes walk to the marina with all its bars and restaurants in a residential street.The courtyard is very private and well equipped for dining outside. The property manager Mar responds very swiftly and was fab sorting out arrangements for the broken down boiler due to the massive storms that we had...even before I had chance to report the problem! They even had the courtyard cleaned afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment but a word of warning...take mosquito repellent!

It was beyond our expectations.

Beautiful apartment , it was lovely to sit on the patio for breakfast, a beautiful garden, the resident cat came a few mornings to say hello. The apartment it’s self was so cosy and very modern with some lovely touches. Close to the supermarkets, local butchers... And a ten minutes walk to the beach, loads of restaurants spoilt for choice. Would definitely stay again.

Nice base for enjoying Port de Soller

The little touches make a positive difference in this sweet vacation rental. The positives having most everything you need in kitchen; comfortable patio with table, lounge chairs, nice plants. Overall everything is in good shape and well maintained. The negatives: it is small in size, it was comfortable and for 2 of us It was fine, but still it felt snug. We used the outside area to hang out. The ceiling is low in all areas but the bedroom (I am 6’2” and the ceiling was at most 4 inches from the top of my head.

Fantastic well equipped apartment in excellent location

The apartment location is excellent as it is a flat, 5 minute stroll in to the centre of Port Soller. Comfy beds, super shower, amazingly well equipped and on street parking was always available outside the apartment. We have visited twice now and will definitely return.

Charming apartment in ideal location. Superbly equipped for short or long stays.

Completely updated ground floor apartment with pleasant courtyard containing table and chairs, sun beds, retractable shade, etc. Located on a quiet residential street a few minutes flat walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, tram stop and all that Port de Soller has to offer. The kitchen is extremely well furnished with brand new appliances, plenty of dishes, pots, pans etc. The rental company kindly provided milk, wine, beer, fruit, etc. for our arrival. The beds and sofas were comfortable, plenty of towels and supplies. Everything you would need to feel at home. One of the best equipped rentals we have stayed at.
