**The pool and spa are currently closed due to a sinkhole. The tentative schedule for the repairs to be completed are in late Summer 2025.
**Public beach access is available at Van Avenue Park, just past the Tropic Shores next door to us.

*Flat Screen TV's w/Digital cable in Living Room and both bedrooms.
The LR has 50'' Wall Mounted Smart TV.
*Beach chairs, umbrella, body board for your use.
*Fully equipped exercise room on the main level of the building.

LARGE LUXURIOUS NON-SMOKING OCEANFRONT 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATH, on the 3rd floor overlooking the famous Daytona Beach. Both the living room and master bedroom have access to a large secured private balcony. Master bedroom has a king size bed with night stands, full size dresser, 2 night stands, master bath with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed, full size dresser with mirror, TV, guest bath with tub/shower. You will enjoy watching the spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean from your own private balcony. The laundry room is off the kitchen and contains a full size washer and dryer.

Spend a day of fun in the sun, swimming in the pool, the ocean, or just relaxing on the beach.

Golf is only minutes away at many excellent courses and if fishing is your pleasure, piers and charter boats are close by.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass top stove, full size microwave oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, Keurig, ice maker, toaster, toaster oven and all the dishes, glassware, and all the utensils you will need.

All linens and towels are provided. There is a full a size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron located in the laundry room.

Very nice condo

We had a great time, the condo was beautiful, well stocked and very clean. Just a couple of drawbacks--the main patio door doesn't work due to hurricane Ian, which was a bummer since our adult son was with us so if he wanted to go out to balcony he had to go through the main bedroom. Also, the steps to the beach are washed out due to Ian-not a huge deal but would have been so nice to just walk down steps to beach, especially since the pool and restrooms are right there. We were lucky to have a pool & hot tub since a lot of the condos on the road did due to Ian. We also had visits from the locksmith and insurance adjuster while we were there, we waited while they did what they had to do before going to beach etc. We did enjoy our stay and the condo is beautiful--these issues did not ruin our stay by any means, just something to be aware of.

The condo was everything the pictures and description said it is. Furnishings are all up to date and in good working order. The host was also amazing, kept us updated on the status of the condo during 2 hurricanes before we got there.

Beach getaway!

Lauren was wonderful to talk with, the condo was absolutely perfect for our family, the beach was great, the view from the condo was amazing and we even saw dolphins on several occasions. Highly recommend!

Great Spring Break Getaway!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful, right on the beach and close to everything. The queen size bed in the second bedroom was very firm (which isn't our preference) but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect beach side vacation!

We loved our stay at this condo. It is equipped with everything you need for a home away from home vacation. Everything is updated and clean. We have been coming to Daytona for 30 years and this was by far our best stay yet! We will definitely be booking again next year!

Loved loved loved this condo! Right on the beach with all beach access and amenities plus all amenities of condo --- pool, spa, grills, parking! Superbly appointed furnishings! The owners insure you are well taken care of when visiting. The location provides easy access to some of the best restaurants in the area. Easy to Uber anywhere. Can't wait to return! Very nice, great location July 2017

My husband, myself and our 12 yr old grand daughter had a wonderful vacation here. The unit is very nice the view is great and the balcony was our favorite place. Close to Publix (we walked), putt putt golf down the road and across the street from a Italian restaurant. We hope we get to come back again next year. You can't go wrong here, and Laurie is great.

Great Rental!

The condo is wonderful Laurie was amazing from booking to checking in to a bump in the road about our son being allowed in the pool to check out they made every thing right more so than we expected! It is a wonderful place to stay and we will be going back!

Really good time in neat clean condo with great ocean front views.

Bathrooms are little small for couples to try and get ready together. We figured out a schedule and had no issues with size. Balcony sliding glass doors were difficult for my petite wife to operate so I purchased WD-40 to spray which helped some. Master bed was squeaking so I sprayed WD-40 on frame and all was good. Location was next to beach access so we kept beach stuff in back of the truck and delivered to beach each day. We figured out we had to get up early and get our stuff on the beach by 8:00 AM or we wouldn't get condo front due to number of people setting up early. Condo location was great for accessing local restaurants which we loved all of them including Deck Down Under, North Turn and Aunt Catfish. My brother n law and wife stayed couple nights and was no issue with room inside condo.
