Between land and sea, 300 m from the sea Gâvres famous for shore fishing and kite surfing spot, the villa is well placed for walks, near the large dune site Gâvres-Quiberon.

Located in a small hamlet and recently renovated, the villa is very bright. It consists of 4 bedrooms: 2 with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds, a kitchen, living room, a bathroom, a shower, a return of beach shower, 2 WC.

Near the sea and sandy beaches, this villa will seduce you with its warm and friendly interior, it also has an outdoor terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, all on 900 m2 of land.

The villa is located in a dead little frequented by vehicles. You will regularly come across horse trekking. You can also watch the garden grow the kite surfing on the sea of ​​Gâvres.

Location très bien aménagée, emplacement parfait pour découvrir la côte de Lorient à Vannes, tout en restant à l'ecart de la foule. Hôte très accueillante.

Excellent séjour.

La Bretagne toujours aussi magnifique. Le soleil, la mer, la nature et des gens très accueillants. A Port Louis où l'arrêt est obligatoire, tant le port et la Citadelle mérite le détour. Aussi, un moment merveilleux au Restaurant et Bistrot glacier, " Le Tan' pouce, au bord du port de plaisance. Qualité des menus proposés et des rires à vous rassasier pour la semaine. Nichée dans un coin de verdure au calme ,la maison de Marie s’y trouve ..... accueillis avec gentillesse , nous passerons une semaine agréable dans un logement propre, spacieux et fonctionnel .... rien ne manque . Une belle semaine de vacances

Une demeure de vacances particuliérement confortable et calme où le sent bien(beaucoup de livres pour tous les âges,ce qui devient rare...),un très beau jardin avec des jeux pour les enfants.Et une hôtesse très acceuillante,à la fois discrète (elle demeure à proximité) et prévenante. Maison agréable et fonctionnelle

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Plouhinec, la maison est propre et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, mention spéciale à toute la vaisselle disponible et rangée dans une grande et belle armoire ancienne. Les salles de bain aussi, très bien, eau bien chaude, rien à dire ! Marie est très disponible et nous a bien conseillés et orientés, notamment suite à une panne de voiture... Merci !!

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben zwei sehr entspannte Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Äußerlich ist es bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, innen aber wie auf den Bildern. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Der separate Vorratsraum ist super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Garten kann man auf den bequemen Liegen ein paar schöne Stunden verbringen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnt im Nachbarhaus und ist bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Zum Ortskern (Bäcker) sind es ca. 2,5 km, ca. 30 Minuten Laufzeit. Im Ort selbst ist auch ein Intermarche, in dem man alles bekommt. Der Strand Plage de Lignes wäre auch in 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, eine Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist aber empfehlenswert. (Die Militäranlage ist im Juli und August übrigens geschlossen, also keine Beeinträchtigung durch Lärm o.ä.). Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Maiso. Au alme dans un joli cadre

La maison est au calme dans un vert. Le jardin et les environs sont très agréables et la plage toute proche. Celle de Kervegant (15 min en.voiture) notamment est superbe. Toutes les commodités sont dispo sur Plouhinec, très bonne boulangerie et médecin! Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille.

Tolles Haus in der Natur

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dem geräumigen Haus verbracht. Es liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen grossen Garten in dem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst und auch auf der grossen Terrasse konnte man hervorragend sitzen. Die Vermieterin wohnt nebenan und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Um Fragen oder Problemen kümmert sie sich sofort. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einige lohnenswerte Ziele wie Vannes, Auray oder die Halbinsel Quiberon. Wir haben schöne lange Spaziergänge u.a. am Ufer der Ria d'Etel gemacht und auch der Sentier des Menhires hinter Erdeven mit den Alignements de Kerzerho, lohnt sich. Wenn man Ruhe und die Natur liebt, können wir die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen!

Beautiful place to stay , the host Marie made us welcome . It’s a wonderful home, plenty of space for my family of 6 . We were fortunate to enjoy good weather all week , blue skies everyday. Lovely beach nearby We recommend this place very much and will plan to visit again in the future

Agréable séjour

Le logement est conforme à la description, propre et situé au fond d'une impasse à l'écart du village, très au calme et sécurisant. Bon accueil de la propriétaire. Un petit bémol pour les chaises pas très confortables pour les retraités et pour certaines casseroles qui mériteraient un renouvellement. Nous recommandons ce gîte et nous y retournerons à l'occasion.
