This stunning property boasts a perfect location. Set in the Boquer region 'Casa de Suenos' is a 5 minute walk from the gentle shelving sandy beaches and famous 'Pine walk' of Puerto Pollensa.

The extensive, covered terraces provide shade and privacy whilst enabling you to enjoy outdoor living with the back drop of the Serra de Traumuntana mountains and the extensive views over the bay, the marina and beyond.

Fully air conditioned throughout, the ground floor has a large entrance hallway with stairs leading to first floor. The ground floor has 2 large, double bedrooms with shower ensuite. Built in wardrobes. Satellite Tv. Doors to pool terrace. Pool and sea views

In a quiet cul de sac with off road parking and electric gates ,minutes walk from the beach, our villa sits looking over the bay of Pollenca. The design and attention to detail in providing various sun and leisure terraces with plenty of shade offers the chance for large families or friends to get together whilst ensuring complete privacy and solitude for those who prefer it.
