Gîte "B & B" La Clôture "Josselin a tourist town with beautiful chateau.

Per day or per week rental at Bed & Breakfast “La Clôture”.

"La Clôture" is a small studio for 2 people on the first floor. There is a bedroom with a view of the green meadows. You have a private bathroom with modern decor. You also have a small sitting room with a view, where you can read the newspaper or a nice book.

Below the studio is the summer kitchen. You can use this kitchen to make your breakfast if you wish, or to prepare a simple meal, the kitchen is equipped for this. Through the double doors you have your own private entrance and your private terrace. This kitchen is used by ourselves for laundry or as a passage to the garage.

You have the use of the refrigerator, a two-burner electric stove, coffee maker, kettle, small oven and a toaster. There are pans, cutlery, crockery
If you let me take care of breakfast, it will be served in this kitchen or outside on your terrace.

Per day: € 75/78,00 Breakfast not included but available on request for € 8,50 pp.
Or for week rental: € 450/460 per week, (7 nights) and if you want breakfast for € 8.50 per person per day.
Minimum week stay is 5 nights.
Linen is provided for weekly rentals.
