Island House is on the southern end of the Sea Colony collection of buildings resulting in very little foot traffic in the hallways or on the promenade. Very quiet!
Guests must provide sheets & towels. Rental linens are available from local providers. Please inquire for referrals. Comforters, extra blankets and pillows are provided in unit. All beds are extremely comfortable.
Primary bedroom has a king bed and adjoining master bath with shower/tub, generous counter space and cabinetry.
2nd (front) bedroom has a queen-sized bed, nightstands and closet. 3rd (back) bedroom furnished with a twin-over-double bunk bed, nightstands, reading chair and lamp, and closet. Hall bathroom has generously sized standing shower with rain head and hand held shower spray. Brand new stacked washer/dryer in hall closet.
Table, chairs and umbrella are provided for outdoor dining on patio. Beach chairs (8) and beach umbrella(s) are available to guests in the lockers underneath the building.
Elevators and stairs to the ground floor parking lot are steps away. Unit is equipped with a keyless entry system.
Sea Colony has installed a comprehensive smoke/CO monitoring system throughout the complex that communicates with local firefighting units in event of an incident. Sea Colony Security personnel are available 24/7, 365 days a year.
Sea Colony has 2 large gyms with cardio and weight equipment. Fitness classes are available at an additional per-class charge. All indoor pools/hot tubs are open year-round. Outdoor pools are open daily Memorial Day through Labor Day, and a few are open into the fall months.
Additional fees: Guests will need to pay an Activity fee to the Sea Colony resort which covers use of all recreational facilities and the private guarded beaches, scheduled activities, use of the tram and parking. This is a required resort fee paid directly to the resort at arrival and applies to all guests, ages 4 and older without exception. These fees are set by Sea Colony Recreation Association and homeowner is not responsible for fee collection or distribution of badges or parking passes.

Guest making this booking will be considered Primary Guest and must be on premises for the duration of the stay. Refundable damages deposit required. Cancellation policy as listed on VRBO.
