Don’t stay here
I had to find a long-term place to stay due to a family crisis. My first red flag should’ve been when I asked the owner for a long-term stay discount he said no, but I needed to find a long-term place for me and my dogs so I moved forward.I stayed here 3 months so do the math.
My stay was terrible except for the park around the corner for my dogs and the lovely trail down the street.
The house needs major work. I felt SICK the whole time I was here leading me to believe the house has mold and/or bad air filters. There are things that need repairs or replacements, the couches are unlivable and the house generally feels dirty.
The communication with the owner was terrible. He doesn’t care, doesn’t inform you of things, sometimes responds and when he does he’s rude.
I emailed him to let him know all of the issues with the house upon my departure for 2 reasons: to ask for a partial refund and to implore him to do some improvements on that house before renting it out again. No response.
