Bermuda Blue is a beautiful beachfront home with amazing views from almost every room! This lovely 1562 sq ft home is a spacious open concept home with striking coastal chic décor. The large windows bring in natural light and make this home feel bright and airy.

The wrap around deck gives you ample space to sunbathe or watch the waves roll onto shore. The beach is literally steps away for family fun. When you’ve had a full day of sand and surf, the downstairs outdoor shower is a great way to rinse off before heading inside.

The kitchen is updated with granite counter-tops, a gorgeous back splash, dual ovens and an ice-maker. The over-sized dining table offers wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico and is perfect for getting the whole family together for meal time. There is also a smaller round table off the living room great for playing cards and board games.

Located in Bermuda Beach Subdivision, the house sits on a large corner lot with easy street access. This home is perfect for families looking to get away to the beach.

Please note this home does not allow pets.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; No Garage Access; Outdoor Shower; Half Bath.

Main Level: Open concept living room, dining and kitchen; Large TV in the living room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Master Bedroom suite has a King bed, TV, private bathroom and views of the beach. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. Shared Hallway bathroom; Bedroom 3 a Pyramid Bunk Bed (Twin on top, Full on bottom). Large uncovered wrap around deck.

Location: 7.5 mile drive to 61st Street; 10.6 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 6.8 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Note: This home rents by the week only in the summer months, from Monday to Monday.

Easter Get Away

My husband and I have stayed here before. It is a very nice and clean property with easy beach access and beautiful views. Love the separate ice maker. Plenty of room for a family with kids to spread out. Has everything we need for a relaxing stay.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Loved that we were right at the beach. Quick walk to the house if you needed something. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Outdoor shower and water hose to wash off beach toys and sand was great. They had beach chairs and a few scoops and a boogie board that we were able to use. Location was easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house right on the beach with BEAUTIFUL Views

We took our grown kids and grandkids down for a long weekend. House was exactly as stated. Beautiful views and steps from the beach. I suggest getting some kites n your way in at Kites Unlimited. We had a blast playing with the kids on the beach with those.Kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for cooking, coffee and a little wine at the end of the day.Beds were comfortable. We didn't use the t.v.s while there but there was one in each room. Very clean and tidy with plenty of seating for dinners, games or just to watch the ocean.Would highly recommend this property. We will definitely be going to this one again, hopefully very soon!

Amazing house, amazing location

Everything was easy and smooth. The house was absolutely incredible, to the point that I might take a little inspiration from some of their choices and apply them at home! No complaints, we had an amazing weekend. Would recommend this spot to anyone who loves the beach.

Family Fun

My husband and I introduced our 3-year-old grandson to the ocean for the first time! The house is perfectly situated right on the beach so that we could come and go as we pleased. We also had it all to ourselves! The layout of the house worked out perfectly for us, as there was enough separation from the master that it afforded all a little privacy. Things we particularly liked: the wraparound deck, reliable WiFi and TVs in every room (although we only used the main one), well-equipped kitchen, the ice machine!, comfy beds, the ingenious window shades, communication by the management, well-stocked game cabinet, outdoor shower. Things we noticed that could have been better, but did not significantly impact our enjoyment: weak shower head in master; hot water ran out quickly. Had to time baths, showers, laundry and dishwashing accordingly; no closet in queen bedroom or bunk bedroom (but there are some deep shelves in 2nd bath for storage). Overall we had such a lovely time that we plan to go back. It was exactly what we hoped for!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay a Bermuda Blue. The decor was lovely, the house has a great layout, and it had a fantastic view of the water. There were just a few issues - musty/moldy smell on lower floor, things that need updating (toilets/tub and shower) and some cleanliness concerns. Also hard to open the lock box.

Great location, needs improvement

The house was in a great location and very clean. The property company was responsive and made everything easy. The house was musty so if you are sensitive to smells beware. The master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was hard and left my back sore. It was so worn out you could visibly see the mattress sunken in on both sides from where people have slept. It’s also extremely bright during the night and there are no shades on the windows. Both factors made for sleepless nights. The house is aging but the main living area was very nice. However, because of how awful the master bedroom was I don’t know that I’d recommend a stay.

Gorgeous View

I stayed there in October of 2022. Both my friend and I liked the property. I think it is a but high per night for the area. The home was very nicely decorated and inviting. We had all we needed for cooking meals. I would consider renting again. A few small bugs were in the bathroom the second morning but they were dead so it seems they treat for pests. I felt the additional fees for cleaning were rather high. I know my friend and I left jt spotless. I am not sure I could justify renting w the extra fees and higher nightly rate unless I booked longer. The view from the master is amazing. I was comfortable in the bed and everything seemed clean. The host left some stuff for washing a load of clothes and dishes. This location is not far from attractions if you are interested in going somewhere besides the beach.

Needs work!

I will start by stating the pros: location!!! It was very easy to check in and the company that manages the property was always responsive. Now the CONS: we cut the vacation short from what originally was to be 7 nights, we ended up leaving after the second one. For those days we were there, I killed about 10 flies that I have no idea where they were coming from but always had a few flying around. I also found 2 cockroaches in the drawers where the silverwear was. There is a door in the middle of the house, that has stairs going down to a moldy with no AC room and it kept leaking water into the floor in the living room. The bed in the primary room besides being so hard, it makes noise as soon as you walk in the room. A loud metal noise! The sheets in beds are the cheapest sheets I have ever slept on. Bathrooms are disgusting. There are no shades that block the light at least a bit in the primary room. The day we left, while I was packing out clothes, I found the 3rd cockroach in the closet! Unacceptable that this property rents for the money it does too. Is the bedding washed after each guest leaves? Meaning the covers. This house gives an impression of being dirty with the fridge and other appliances being so old and rusty. We are quite disappointed in the house really, paying so much for it for a week. At this point, I would like for you to advice us what our options are please. We have stayed in 2 other houses here in Bermuda and they were nothing like this!

Good location, but that is all!

House leaves much to be desired. Kitchen and equipment substandard. Master shower doesn't drain, water never got hot, bathrooms are primitive. Cheap bedding, uncomfortable mattress in master. Had to make up bunkbed for children. BBQ grill was disgusting and rusted through. Carport has trash on it (old grill, nasty lawnchair, etc. that was the first thing we saw when we pulled up). House smells musty and we had two roaches. How this property is so highly rated is a mystery.
