This Galveston beachfront home is the perfect vacation rental for the beach enthusiast! It showcases amazing beach views from both the deck and inside this approximately 2000 sq ft home. The large covered deck includes built in benches and comfortable chairs to watch and listen to the waves roll onto shore. It’s also gated so young children and dogs can stay safe. Inside enjoy beach views from the spacious living and kitchen areas as well as the master bedroom. The open floor plan and high pitched ceilings offer an airy feel to the clean, minimal style décor of the home.

Like to entertain? The Beach House has that covered. The lovely open concept allows you to cook and mingle with your guests at the same time, plus there is plenty of seating to get everyone together for meal time. Also featuring an indoor bar complete with mini fridge, you’ll be mixing up drinks in no time! Grab your drinks and head downstairs where there is a built in bar area and picnic table, a great spot to get the family together for a BBQ, too. The yard is fully fenced.

In the mornings before beach time with the family you might head downstairs to watch the sunrise while relaxing in the wooden swing. Getting to the beach is a breeze with a clear path to the beach from the house. After a long day of fun in the sun you can rinse off downstairs in the outside shower that has both hot and cold water.

Dogs are welcome at The Beach House. The yard is fenced in. There is an additional $100 non-refundable fee per dog and a limit of two dogs with a combined maximum weight of 50 lbs.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; No Garage Access; Bar Sitting Area and Built-In Picnic Table; Outdoor Shower

Main Level: Open concept living room, dining and kitchen; TV and DVD in the living room; large dining table and kitchen island with additional seating. Master Bedroom has a King bed with full bath, TV and deck access. Bedroom 2 has a King bed, TV and bath. Bedroom 3 also has a King bed and TV; Bedroom 4 features two sets of Pyramid Bunks (2 Twins, 2 Fulls) and a TV; there are 3 roll-away beds in the closet. There is an additional shared hallway bathroom.

Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. There is also a public park, tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant available.

Location: 16 mile drive to 61st Street; 19.5 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 15.5 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Notes: The Beach House will work together with Front Row which is located directly next door and also The Perky Pelican, which is located directly behind this home. Perfect if you need more than one home(s) together!
