Grab the boat and fishing gear because Bay Watch is the fisherman’s dream! Located at the end of the canal in Sea Isle with direct access to Galveston Bay where you’ll be catching the ‘big fish’ in no time.

Whether you like to fish during the day or night, from a boat or pier; this home has you covered. Downstairs features bench seating. The downstairs boat dock is available for parking your boat but the lift is off-limits. This home also offers access to the community fishing pier.

The large wrap around deck gives you views of the canals and our famous island sunsets! The deck includes an open uncovered area perfect for sunbathing, as well a large covered area to enjoy the shade and cool breezes.

Inside this quaint 1147 sq ft home is an open concept kitchen and living room with fun beachy décor. This quiet spot is also great for kayaking and canal swimming. This home has a wheelchair ramp to the upstairs level but it is not ADA approved.

Dogs are welcome at Bay Watch at a limit of two (2) dogs at a combined max weight of 50lbs and with an additional $100 non-refundable fee required per dog.

During the summer months this home has a 3 night minimum.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; No Garage Access; Above water fishing spot light.

Main Level: Open concept living room, dining and kitchen; TV and DVD in the living room. Shared bathroom off the living room area. Master Bedroom has a King bed with a private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. Bedrooms 3 is a Pyramid Bunk (Twin on top and Full on bottom).

Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. There is also a public park, tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant available.

Location: 2 minutes to the Beach; 17 mile drive to 61st Street; 20.1 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 16.3 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Notes: Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but Gary Greene Vacation Rentals is unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.
