The apartment is situated in the top floor of a house located in a beautiful and very peaceful part of island Čiovo,only 10 meters from the sea with private beach.Image of shower,sun beds,sun umbrellas for guests only.Possible to tie up the boat in front of the beach.
The advantages are that it owns the private beach in front of the house with sun beds and sunshades,children playground, big terrace (50m2) with a beautiful open sea view,parking place and garage are right in front of the house.
The apartment is fully equipped and modern.
It contains: two bedrooms, two bathroom ,apartment has a SMART TV in the living room and LCD TV in the bedrooms,
a large living room, fully-equipped kitchen with dining room, fireplace and
is equipped with several air conditioning, Internet access (WIFI)
and satellite televisions.Back of the house there is a large barbecue table and chairs and a playground for children.
Distance from the market is 300m, big sandy beach with lot's of bars and restaurants is only 5 minutes by car and it takes only 10 minutes driving to town Trogir.Nearest restaurant is 10 minutes walk from the apartment

Holiday June 2023

Absolutely terrific apartment. Very comfortable and had everything that we could need. The sea view is tremendous from the spacious terrace which has comfortable sun loungers/furniture and was also great for outdoor dining. Thanks also to Ivan for meeting us at the airport from a late night flight.

Worth every penny.

Great Apartment fantastic location

We loved our week here. The view is incredible the apartment has everything needed and is clean and new. The kitchen is newer than the photos appear. Two air conditioners kept us cool. The additional toilet was very handy. Will miss popping down to the beach for many swims.

Wonderful property in a fantastic location with beautiful views.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it is just gorgeous. The big doors from both the living room and kitchen out on to the great sized terrace with plenty of seating just make this apartment a truly wonderful place to be, the views are breathtaking and we never tire from soaking them up. Being able to pop across the small lane to the beach area to swim in the Adriatic is great. The apartment is great and well equipped and Ivan is always quick to respond to any questions.

Great apartment in a stunning location

A truly lovely apartment with a stunning view. The aparment was lovely and clean and really well equipped. The terrace is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures and the beach is only a few steps away which is definitely a bonus. The apartment is in a lovely quiet area yet within easy reach of a great restaurant and beach bar just 5 minutes walk down the coast path. Ivan was really helpful and very accommodating. Appartment ist groß und modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine wundervolle Terrasse und Aussicht. Das Meer direkt vorm Haus. Nur zum empfehlen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolles Appartement mit grandiosem Ausblick!

Es ist wirklich ein tolles Appartement am Meer! Der Balkonausblick ist großartig. Leider kam bei unserem Aufenthalt ( Ende Okt) oft viel Wind von der Meer-Seite und dann war der Aufenthalt auf dem großen Balkon nicht angenehm. Und mit der Markise ging dann auch nichts! Die Wohnung hat tolle Betten, wir hatten keinerlei Rückenschmerzen. Dass es nur eine Matratze gab, hat nicht gestört (normalerweise hassen wir das!) Was wir nicht wussten war, dass es auch nur gemeinsame Bettdecken gibt, sprich ein riesiges Laken mit Bettüberwurf. Sowas sind wir nicht gewohnt, zum Glück hatten wir 4 Wolldecken mit, sodass sich jeder für sich alleine zudecken konnte. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet und geschmackvoll dekoriert. Es gibt 3 Fernseher, nur bei einem haben wir es geschafft, etwa 5 deutsche Programme einzustellen. Dafür müsste dringend eine Anleitung her. Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern wären auch sinnvoll. Reichlich Hand-und sogar Strandtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt, genauso wie Toilettenpapier und Spülmaschinen-Tabs. Es gab ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Wie bereits von anderen Mietern erwähnt wurde, ist die Zufahrt mit einem PKW-Bus abenteuerlich: Die Straßen zum Meer hin sind extrem steil und schmal und erfordern einige Wendemanöver. Fußläufig befindet sich ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen. Am Meerufer geht über weite Strecken ein Wander-/Spazierweg entlang, der durch viele Buchten führt.

Ruhig und erholsam

Es war alles, wie beschrieben vorhanden und es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und wer Erholung sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Der Vermieter Ivan ist sehr freundlich. Mit dem Auto sind viele umliegende Strände schnell zu erreichen. Rundherum ein schöner Urlaub 👍😎

Traumhafte Ausblicke

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und freundlich. Die Wohnung war picobello sauber, ist modern eingerichtet. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen gibt es viele Lampen, die eine angenehme Beleuchtung liefern. Der Küchenbereich ist super ausgestattet. Die Regendusche ist ein Genuss. Das absolute Highlight ist die riesige Terrasse mit faszinierender Aussicht bei jedem Wetter und zu jeder Tageszeit. Eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir je hatten! Für ein etwas größeres Auto ist die teilweise schmale und steile Anfahrt eine kleine Herausforderung.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit wundervollem Meerblick

Ivan's Appartement hat uns bestens gefallen, ist im obersten Stock einen Hauses mit 4 Appartements, direkt am Meer mit eigenem Meerzugang auf der Insel Ciovo in Okrug Gornji gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist modern mit 2 Schlafzimmern mit sehr bequemen Betten, perfekt ausgestatteter Küche und einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Ivan und seine Mutter Heli waren grosszügige und angenehme Gastgeber. Wir können das Appartement nur empfehlen.

Das schönste App.- Immer wieder !

schon das zweite mal in dem App. Urlaub gehabt und nicht das letzte mal. App. wunderschön, alles dabei, Terrasse ein Traum. Kontakt mit Gastgeber ohne Probleme. Einziger Wunsch (von 3 Frauen!) wäre ein Ganzkörperspiegel im Flur/Wohnzimmer. Danke Ivan und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Entspannung und Erholung pur

Von Ivan wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir hatten die Wohnung im 3. Stock mit einer super Ausstattung und einem atemberaubenden Blick auf‘s Meer. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es 3 Restaurants die gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Wirklich ein toller Ort , auch um seine Batterien aufzuladen. Nur zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen - traumhafter Blick auf das Meer

beautiful vacation at Ciovo

We had an awesome nice vacation at Ivan's apartment. He patiently wait until we arrived very late, thanks for that warm welcome late in the night. He show us every detail, from the nice kitchen with an supremely filled up fridge (with dalmatian especial food & beverages) , the huge terrace with the spectacular view to the islands Brac, Solta, Hvar. The flat was very clean and comfortable. All things which are necessary for an convenient stay where available. We didn't miss anything! From the sun beds to a cozy shell at the terrace, the comfortable couch (usable as a additional bed) the two sleeping rooms and the very well equipped bathroom (rain shower) and Light System. We had also the possibility to park our car into the garage directly under the apartments. We would like to be back.

Wunderschön

Wir hatten schon zahlreiche Ferienappartments in Kroatien, Spanien und Portugal, Diese Unterkunft war bei weitem die schönste. Allein der 180 Grad Panoramablick aufs Meer auf der Terrasse, die neuwertige geschmackvolle Einrichtung der Wohnung ist ein Traum. Ivan war so nett, uns beim einchecken mit dem Gepäck zu helfen. Einziger Schwachpunkt ist die etwas problematische Zufahrt in sehr engen Gassen (mit Gegenverkehr!) Insgesamt war der Urlaub sehr erholsam, und das Objekt ist äußerst empfehlenswert. So eine schöne Unterkunft hatten wir noch nie, wird schwer zu toppen sein.

What a view

Fantastic stay Ivan was very helpful. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The apartment had everything you could wish for plus lots of extra little touches. The only downside for us was that it was listed as two bathrooms when in fact there was one bathroom with toilet and then a separate toilet. Apart from that we very much enjoyed our stay.

Super Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung mit Traumblick

Ivan hat die Wohnung bereits um 1300 Uhr bereit gehabt und wir konnten sehr schnell ins wunderbar klare Meer springen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was nötig ist für einen entspannten Urlaub. Selbst das kleine Schlauchboot in der Garage konnten wir benutzen. Ganz klare Empfehlung für diese super schöne Wohnung.
