NAUTILUS APARTMENT
Apartment Nautilus is located on the ground floor of the villa Casa Nostos.
It's a beautiful apartment, perfect for 4-5 people.
It has 1 BEDROOM with a double bed and 1 BEDROOM with 2 single beds, a large LIVING ROOM with a confortable sofa bed for 1 person.
The KITCHEN is fully equipped (fridge and freezer, cooker, electric oven) and has a full set of kitchenware.
The apartment has a very large private PATIO, with shadow and wonderful seaview on the bay Ammuso.
Very conformatble BATHROOM, with shower.
Apartment has satellite TV and AIR CONDITIONING.
We provide blankets and towels, with weekly change, cleaning tools and materials (final cleaning is included in price).
THE VILLA Nostos House was built in 2009 using traditional local stone and wood. It's located on a green hill in the Ammouso Bay, 600 meters from the sea and with a wonderful seaview. It is a green and very quite place, there are no other houses around, only olive trees.
It is easily reachable by the main road. Steepy gravel road in the last 300 meters.
Parking lot is close to the house.
THE BEACHES: 600 meters from the house there is Ammouso Bay, with 3 beaches, made of white pebbles and clear waters.
In Lefkada Island there are many other beaches, of all kinds: at your choice!
SURROUNDINGS: the closest village, Marandohori, is at 4 km and has a supermarket, bakery, coffee shop. A bigger village, Vasiliki, is at 12 km: Vasiliki you find shops, restaurants, 2 supermarkets, petrol station. Vasiliki is the port for the little ferry boats to the islands of Kefalonia and Itaki (1 hour trip).
WHAT TO DO: swimming and walking in the Ammuso bay, Vasiliki Bay water sports (windsurfing, catamaran, diving), mountain biking, ... or just be lazy on the patio! Wonderful starry nights.
HOW TO ARRIVE:
BY PLANE: airport in Preveza - PVK (12 km from Lefkada Island and 50 km from the villa)
BY FERRY BOAT: Ferry boat from Venice (or Ancona) to Igoumenitsa and about 150 km of highway to Lefkada Island. No need for a second ferry because the island is connected to the mainland by a rotating bridge.
